APPLOAD LLC ("nosotros") creó iStopped it para ayudarte a dejar hábitos no deseados y hacer seguimiento de tu progreso. Esta política explica qué datos utiliza la app, cómo se almacenan y tus derechos.

Resumen para App Store

Recopilación por el desarrollador	No — "Datos no recopilados". No recopilamos datos personales en nuestros servidores.
Datos para seguimiento / anuncios	Ninguno. No te rastreamos entre apps o sitios y no mostramos anuncios.
Datos vinculados a ti	Ninguno. Tus datos de hábitos permanecen únicamente en tu dispositivo.
Compartir/venta a terceros	No vendemos ni compartimos información personal.

Nota: los servicios de Apple como iCloud y App Store se rigen por las políticas de Apple.

Datos que procesa iStopped it

Nombre del hábito que deseas dejar.
Fechas y duraciones de las sesiones de seguimiento.
Estadísticas derivadas (racha más larga, promedio, intentos totales).
Preferencias de la aplicación (tema claro/oscuro, idioma).
Estado de autenticación biométrica (si está habilitado).
Aceptación de acuerdos legales.

Cómo se procesan y almacenan tus datos

100% en el dispositivo: Todos los datos de hábitos y sesiones se almacenan localmente usando Core Data. Nunca enviamos estos datos a servidores externos.
Sin servidor backend: iStopped it no tiene servidor. No operamos ninguna infraestructura en la nube para datos de usuarios.
Sincronización de ajustes via iCloud: Solo las preferencias de la app (tema, idioma, estado de onboarding, aceptación de términos) se sincronizan entre tus dispositivos Apple usando iCloud Key-Value Store. Tus datos de hábitos NO se sincronizan.
Widget: Los datos básicos del widget (nombre del hábito, estado de sesión activa) se comparten con el widget usando App Groups, permaneciendo en tu dispositivo.
Autenticación biométrica: Face ID/Touch ID se procesan completamente por el sistema operativo iOS. Nunca accedemos a tus datos biométricos.
Sin análisis: No utilizamos servicios de análisis ni recopilamos estadísticas de uso.

iStopped it no utiliza ningún servicio de terceros. No hay:

Redes publicitarias
Servicios en la nube externos

Tus controles de privacidad

Bloqueo biométrico: Habilita Face ID/Touch ID para proteger la app.
Reiniciar hábito: Puedes reiniciar tu progreso en cualquier momento.
Eliminación de la app: Desinstalar la app elimina todos los datos locales asociados.
iCloud: Puedes desactivar la sincronización de iCloud en los ajustes de tu dispositivo.

Conservación de datos

Tus datos de hábitos existen solo en tu dispositivo mientras tengas la app instalada. Las preferencias sincronizadas con iCloud persisten en tu cuenta de Apple. Ningún dato de hábitos persiste en nuestros servidores porque no tenemos servidores.

Privacidad de menores

iStopped it requiere confirmación de edad (13+ años) durante la configuración inicial. No recopilamos ninguna información personal de ningún usuario, incluidos los niños.

Cumplimiento de seguridad

iStopped it implementa medidas de seguridad que cumplen con:

העדפות אפליקציה (ערכת נושא בהיר/כהה, שפה).

כיצד הנתונים מעובדים ונשמרים

100% במכשיר: כל נתוני ההרגלים והסשנים נשמרים מקומית באמצעות Core Data. לעולם לא שולחים נתונים אלה לשרתים חיצוניים.
ללא שרת Backend: ל-iStopped it אין שרת. אין לנו שום תשתית ענן לנתוני משתמשים.
סנכרון הגדרות דרך iCloud: רק העדפות האפליקציה (ערכת נושא, שפה, מצב onboarding, קבלת תנאים) מסונכרנות בין מכשירי Apple שלך באמצעות iCloud Key-Value Store. נתוני ההרגלים שלך לא מסונכרנים.

APPLOAD LLC ("we", "us", or "our") built iStopped it to help you quit unwanted habits and track your progress. This policy explains what data the app uses, how it is stored, and the rights you have.

App Privacy Summary (for App Store)

Data Collection by Developer	No — "Data Not Collected". We do not collect personal data on our servers.
Data Used for Tracking / Ads	None. We do not track you across apps or websites and we do not show ads.
Data Linked to You	None. Your habit data remains solely on your device.
Third-Party Sharing/Sale	No selling or sharing of personal data.

Note: Apple services like iCloud and the App Store are governed by Apple's privacy policies.

Data iStopped it Processes

Name of the habit you want to quit.
Dates and durations of tracking sessions.
Derived statistics (longest streak, average, total attempts).
App preferences (light/dark theme, language).
Biometric authentication status (if enabled).
Legal agreement acceptance.

How Your Data is Processed and Stored

100% on-device: All habit and session data is stored locally using Core Data. We never send this data to external servers.
No backend server: iStopped it has no server. We do not operate any cloud infrastructure for user data.
Settings sync via iCloud: Only app preferences (theme, language, onboarding status, terms acceptance) sync across your Apple devices using iCloud Key-Value Store. Your habit data does NOT sync.
Widget: Basic widget data (habit name, active session status) is shared with the widget using App Groups, staying on your device.
Biometric authentication: Face ID/Touch ID is processed entirely by the iOS operating system. We never access your biometric data.
No analytics: We do not use any analytics services or collect usage statistics.

No Third-Party Services

iStopped it does not use any third-party services. There are no:

Analytics services
Advertising networks
External cloud services
Tracking tools

Your Privacy Controls

Biometric lock: Enable Face ID/Touch ID to protect the app.
Reset habit: You can reset your progress at any time.
App deletion: Uninstalling the app removes all associated local data.
iCloud: You can disable iCloud sync in your device settings.

Data Retention

Your habit data exists only on your device as long as you have the app installed. Preferences synced to iCloud persist in your Apple account. No habit data persists on our servers because we have no servers.

Children's Privacy

iStopped it requires age confirmation (13+ years) during initial setup. We do not collect any personal information from any users, including children.

iStopped it implements security measures compliant with:
