APPLOAD LLC ("nosotros") creó iSources para ayudarte a leer noticias de tus fuentes favoritas de forma rápida y privada directamente en tu dispositivo. Esta política explica qué datos utiliza la app, cómo se almacenan y tus derechos.

Resumen para App Store

Recopilación por el desarrollador	No — "Datos no recopilados". No recopilamos datos personales en nuestros servidores.
Datos para seguimiento / anuncios	Ninguno. No te rastreamos entre apps o sitios y no mostramos anuncios.
Datos vinculados a ti	Ninguno. Tus artículos y fuentes de noticias permanecen únicamente en tu dispositivo.
Compartir/venta a terceros	No vendemos ni compartimos información personal.

Nota: los servicios de Apple se rigen por las políticas de Apple. Las fuentes de noticias que añadas están sujetas a sus propias políticas de privacidad.

Datos que procesa iSources

Fuentes de noticias RSS/Atom que configuras.
Artículos obtenidos de tus fuentes configuradas.
Preferencias de la aplicación (tema, tamaño de fuente, posición de la barra de herramientas).
Datos del widget (artículos recientes para mostrar).
Aceptación del acuerdo legal.

Cómo se procesan y almacenan tus datos

100% en el dispositivo: Todos los artículos se almacenan localmente usando Core Data. Nunca enviamos tus datos a nuestros servidores.
Sin servidor backend: iSources no tiene servidor propio. No operamos ninguna infraestructura en la nube.
Conexiones de red: La app se conecta directamente a las fuentes RSS que configuras para obtener artículos. Estas conexiones son entre tu dispositivo y los servidores de las fuentes de noticias.
Caché local: Los artículos se almacenan en caché localmente para lectura sin conexión y rendimiento.
Preferencias locales: Todas tus configuraciones se guardan únicamente en tu dispositivo usando UserDefaults.
Sin análisis: No utilizamos servicios de análisis ni recopilamos estadísticas de uso.

Sin servicios de terceros

iSources no utiliza ningún servicio de terceros para recopilar datos. No hay:

Servicios de análisis
Redes publicitarias
Servicios de sincronización en la nube
Herramientas de seguimiento

Nota: Las fuentes de noticias que añadas pueden tener sus propios rastreadores en su contenido. iSources simplemente muestra el contenido de estas fuentes.

Tus controles de privacidad

Eliminar fuentes: Puedes eliminar cualquier fuente de noticias en cualquier momento.
Limpiar artículos: Los artículos antiguos se eliminan automáticamente según tu configuración.
Restablecer datos: Usa la opción de restablecer en Configuración para eliminar todos los datos.
Eliminación de la app: Desinstalar la app elimina todos los datos asociados.

Conservación de datos

Los artículos se conservan según tu configuración de eliminación automática (predeterminado: 30 días). Puedes modificar este período o eliminar artículos manualmente. Ningún dato persiste en nuestros servidores porque no tenemos servidores.

Privacidad de menores

iSources es una herramienta de utilidad general adecuada para todas las edades. No recopilamos ninguna información personal de ningún usuario, incluidos los niños. El contenido mostrado depende de las fuentes de noticias que configures.

כיצד הנתונים מעובדים ונשמרים

100% במכשיר: כל הכתבות נשמרות מקומית באמצעות Core Data. לעולם לא שולחים את הנתונים שלך לשרתים שלנו.
ללא שרת Backend: ל-iSources אין שרת משלה. אין לנו שום תשתית ענן.

APPLOAD LLC ("we", "us", or "our") built iSources to help you read news from your favorite sources quickly and privately directly on your device. This policy explains what data the app uses, how it is stored, and the rights you have.

App Privacy Summary (for App Store)

Data Collection by Developer	No — "Data Not Collected". We do not collect personal data on our servers.
Data Used for Tracking / Ads	None. We do not track you across apps or websites and we do not show ads.
Data Linked to You	None. Your articles and news sources remain solely on your device.
Third-Party Sharing/Sale	No selling or sharing of personal data.

Note: Apple services are governed by Apple's privacy policies. News sources you add are subject to their own privacy policies.

Data iSources Processes

RSS/Atom news sources you configure.
Articles fetched from your configured sources.
App preferences (theme, font size, toolbar position).
Widget data (recent articles for display).
Legal agreement acceptance.

How Your Data is Processed and Stored

100% on-device: All articles are stored locally using Core Data. We never send your data to our servers.
No backend server: iSources has no server of its own. We do not operate any cloud infrastructure.
Network connections: The app connects directly to the RSS sources you configure to fetch articles. These connections are between your device and the news source servers.
Local cache: Articles are cached locally for offline reading and performance.
Local preferences: All your settings are saved only on your device using UserDefaults.
No analytics: We do not use any analytics services or collect usage statistics.

No Third-Party Services

iSources does not use any third-party services to collect data. There are no:

Analytics services
Advertising networks
Cloud sync services
Tracking tools

Note: News sources you add may have their own trackers in their content. iSources simply displays the content from these sources.

Your Privacy Controls

Delete sources: You can remove any news source at any time.
Clear articles: Old articles are automatically deleted based on your settings.
Reset data: Use the reset option in Settings to delete all data.
App deletion: Uninstalling the app removes all associated data.

Data Retention

Articles are retained based on your auto-delete setting (default: 30 days). You can modify this period or delete articles manually. No data persists on our servers because we have no servers.

Children's Privacy

iSources is a general utility tool suitable for all ages. We do not collect any personal information from any users, including children. The content displayed depends on the news sources you configure.
