Lee estos Términos de Uso ("Términos") con atención antes de utilizar la aplicación WordsOS ("la App"), operada por APPLOAD LLC ("nosotros").
1. Aceptación de los Términos
Al descargar, instalar o utilizar WordsOS aceptas quedar vinculado por estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo con alguna parte, no utilices la App.
2. Acuerdo de Licencia de Usuario Final (EULA)
2.1 Concesión de licencia
APPLOAD LLC te concede una licencia limitada, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para utilizar la App en dispositivos de tu propiedad o bajo tu control, con el alcance que corresponda a la licencia adquirida a través del App Store y sujeta a estos Términos.
2.2 Restricciones
No puedes:
- Copiar, modificar o distribuir la App.
- Realizar ingeniería inversa, descompilar o desensamblar la App.
- Eliminar avisos de copyright o de propiedad.
- Sublicenciar, vender o transferir la licencia a terceros.
3. Tus documentos
3.1 Son tuyos
Conservas todos los derechos sobre los documentos que creas o editas con WordsOS. No reclamamos ningún derecho sobre tu contenido y no tenemos acceso a él: la App funciona por completo en tu dispositivo.
3.2 Copias de seguridad
WordsOS escribe sobre los archivos que le indicas. Eres responsable de mantener copias de seguridad de tu trabajo. Recomendamos conservar una copia de cualquier documento importante antes de editarlo con cualquier aplicación, incluida esta.
4. Compatibilidad de formatos
WordsOS lee y escribe formatos de Office Open XML y conserva el contenido que aún no sabe editar para que sobreviva a un ciclo de apertura y guardado. Aun así, no garantizamos una equivalencia exacta con ninguna otra aplicación ni que toda característica de un documento se represente o se edite. Las funciones que la App no admite se describen en su documentación y en la ficha del App Store.
5. Contenido no confiable y macros
La App trata todo documento que abres como datos no confiables: nunca ejecuta macros y nunca descarga referencias externas por su cuenta. Aun así, eres responsable de los documentos que decides abrir y de la fuente de la que proceden.
6. Propiedad intelectual
La App y su contenido, características y funcionalidad originales son propiedad de APPLOAD LLC y están protegidos por leyes de copyright, marcas y otras leyes de propiedad intelectual.
7. Marcas de terceros
WordsOS es un procesador de textos independiente. No está afiliado a Microsoft Corporation ni respaldado por ella. Microsoft, Word y los nombres de formato relacionados son marcas de sus respectivos titulares y se mencionan únicamente para describir la compatibilidad de archivos.
8. Descargo de garantías
La App se proporciona "TAL CUAL" y "SEGÚN DISPONIBILIDAD", sin garantías de ningún tipo. No garantizamos que esté libre de errores ni que funcione sin interrupciones.
9. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley aplicable, APPLOAD LLC no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales, consecuentes o punitivos, incluida la pérdida de beneficios, de datos o de documentos.
10. App Store de Apple
- Este acuerdo se celebra entre tú y APPLOAD LLC, no con Apple. Apple no es responsable de la App ni de su contenido.
- Apple no tiene obligación alguna de prestar mantenimiento ni soporte para la App.
- Si la App no cumple una garantía aplicable, puedes notificarlo a Apple, que te reembolsará el precio de compra; en la medida que permita la ley, Apple no tendrá ninguna otra obligación de garantía.
- APPLOAD LLC, y no Apple, es responsable de atender cualquier reclamación relativa a la App.
- Apple y sus filiales son beneficiarios terceros de estos Términos y podrán hacerlos valer frente a ti.
11. Terminación
Podemos suspender o terminar tu acceso de forma inmediata, sin previo aviso, por cualquier motivo, incluido el incumplimiento de estos Términos. Al terminar, tu derecho a usar la App cesará de inmediato. Tus documentos seguirán siendo tuyos y permanecerán donde los guardaste.
12. Ley aplicable
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de los Estados Unidos de América e Israel, sin atender a normas sobre conflicto de leyes.
13. Cambios a los Términos
Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos términos en cualquier momento. Te notificaremos los cambios sustanciales actualizando la "fecha de vigencia" y mediante un aviso en la app.

5. תוכן בלתי מהימן ומאקרו

10. App Store של Apple

13. שינויים בתנאים
אנו שומרים את הזכות לשנות תנאים אלה בכל עת. על שינוי מהותי נודיע באמצעות עדכון "תאריך התחולה" ובאמצעות הודעה באפליקציה.

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the WordsOS application ("App") operated by APPLOAD LLC ("we", "us", or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using WordsOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the App.
2. End User License Agreement (EULA)
2.1 Grant of License
APPLOAD LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, to the extent of the licence you acquired through the App Store and subject to these Terms.
2.2 Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices.
- Sublicense, sell, or transfer the license to third parties.
3. Your Documents
3.1 They Are Yours
You retain every right to the documents you create or edit in WordsOS. We claim no rights over your content and we have no access to it: the App runs entirely on your device.
3.2 Backups
WordsOS writes to the files you point it at. Keeping backups of your work is your responsibility. We recommend keeping a copy of any important document before editing it in any application, including this one.
4. Format Compatibility
WordsOS reads and writes Office Open XML formats, and preserves content it cannot yet edit so that it survives an open-and-save cycle. Even so, we do not warrant exact equivalence with any other application, nor that every feature of a document will be displayed or editable. The features the App does not support are described in its documentation and on its App Store page.
5. Untrusted Content and Macros
The App treats every document you open as untrusted data: it never executes macros and never fetches external references on its own. You remain responsible for the documents you choose to open and for the source they came from.
6. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by APPLOAD LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Third-Party Trademarks
WordsOS is an independent word processor. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft Corporation. Microsoft, Word and related format names are trademarks of their respective owners, and are referred to here solely to describe file compatibility.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, APPLOAD LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or documents.
10. Apple App Store
- This agreement is between you and APPLOAD LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
- Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services for the App.
- If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation.
- APPLOAD LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. Your documents remain yours, where you saved them.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America and Israel, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Effective date" and through in-app notification.
