APPLOAD LLC ("nosotros") creó WordsOS, un procesador de textos para Mac, iPad y iPhone que abre y guarda documentos de Word reales. Esta política explica qué datos utiliza la app, cómo se almacenan y tus derechos. En resumen: tus documentos permanecen en tu dispositivo.

Resumen para App Store

Recopilación por el desarrollador	No — "Datos no recopilados". No recopilamos datos personales en nuestros servidores.
Datos para seguimiento / anuncios	Ninguno. No te rastreamos entre apps o sitios y no mostramos anuncios.
Datos vinculados a ti	Ninguno. Tus documentos permanecen únicamente en tu dispositivo.
Compartir/venta a terceros	No vendemos ni compartimos información personal.

Nota: los servicios de Apple como el App Store se rigen por las políticas de Apple.

Datos que procesa WordsOS

Los documentos que abres, creas o guardas (.docx, .dotx, .docm, .dotm y texto sin formato).
Los archivos PDF que abres para leer y los que exportas.
Las imágenes que insertas en un documento.
Preferencias de la aplicación (tipografía y tamaño predeterminados, zoom, color de página, paneles visibles).
La lista de documentos recientes, con los marcadores del sistema necesarios para volver a abrirlos.

Cómo se procesan y almacenan tus datos

100% en el dispositivo: Todo el trabajo con documentos —abrir, editar, guardar, exportar a PDF e imprimir— se realiza localmente. Nunca enviamos tus archivos a ningún servidor.
Sin servidor backend: WordsOS no tiene servidor. No operamos ninguna infraestructura en la nube para esta aplicación.
Sin acceso a la red: La aplicación no contiene código de red, y la versión para Mac ni siquiera solicita el permiso de red del sistema. Un documento no puede provocar una petición de red por el mero hecho de abrirlo.
Solo los archivos que eliges: La app funciona dentro del sandbox de Apple y solo puede leer los archivos que seleccionas en el selector de documentos o en el panel de apertura.
Preferencias locales: Tus preferencias se guardan únicamente en tu dispositivo mediante UserDefaults.
Documentos recientes: La lista se guarda solo en tu dispositivo y puedes vaciarla en cualquier momento con "Borrar".
Sin análisis: No utilizamos servicios de análisis ni recopilamos estadísticas de uso.

Documentos de iCloud Drive o Archivos

Cuando abres un documento guardado en iCloud Drive o en la app Archivos, es el sistema de Apple quien te lo entrega. WordsOS recibe únicamente el archivo que has elegido y no lo copia a ningún otro sitio. La sincronización con iCloud se rige por la política de privacidad de Apple, no por la nuestra.

Las macros nunca se ejecutan

Si un documento contiene un proyecto de macros (VBA), WordsOS lo conserva intacto para que no se pierda al guardar, pero nunca lo ejecuta. La app te avisa cuando un documento contiene macros.

Las referencias externas nunca se siguen

Un documento puede contener direcciones web, imágenes vinculadas u otras referencias externas. WordsOS las muestra como parte de tu documento, pero nunca las descarga ni las abre. Nada dentro de un documento puede alcanzar la red a través de esta app.

Sin servicios de terceros

WordsOS no utiliza ningún servicio de terceros. No hay:

Servicios de análisis
Redes publicitarias
Servicios de edición o conversión en la nube
Herramientas de seguimiento

Tus controles de privacidad

Borrar recientes: La opción "Borrar" de la pantalla de inicio vacía la lista de documentos recientes.
Tus archivos son tuyos: Los documentos viven donde tú los guardas, no dentro de la app.
Eliminación de la app: Desinstalar la app elimina sus preferencias y su lista de recientes; tus documentos permanecen donde los guardaste.

Conservación de datos

Ningún dato persiste en nuestros servidores porque no tenemos servidores. Las preferencias y la lista de recientes permanecen en tu dispositivo hasta que las borres o desinstales la app.

Privacidad de menores

WordsOS es una herramienta de productividad de uso general adecuada para todas las edades. No recopilamos ninguna información personal de ningún usuario, incluidos los niños.

Cumplimiento de seguridad

WordsOS implementa medidas de seguridad que cumplen con:

No recopilamos datos personales. Tus documentos permanecen en tu dispositivo.

CCPA/CPRA (California) y otras leyes de EE. UU.

No "vendemos" ni "compartimos" información personal porque no recopilamos ninguna.

Cambios

Podemos actualizar esta política. Indicaremos la nueva fecha y, si es sustancial, te avisaremos en la app.

נתונים שמעובדים ב‑WordsOS

כיצד הנתונים מעובדים ונשמרים

100% במכשיר: כל העבודה על מסמכים — פתיחה, עריכה, שמירה, ייצוא ל‑PDF והדפסה — מתבצעת מקומית. לעולם איננו שולחים את הקבצים שלך לשרת כלשהו.
ללא שרת Backend: ל‑WordsOS אין שרת. אין לנו שום תשתית ענן לאפליקציה זו.
ללא גישה לרשת: האפליקציה אינה כוללת קוד רשת כלל, וגרסת ה‑Mac אף אינה מבקשת את הרשאת הרשת של המערכת. מסמך אינו יכול לגרום לבקשת רשת רק מפני שנפתח.
רק הקבצים שאתה בוחר: האפליקציה פועלת בתוך ה‑Sandbox של Apple וקוראת אך ורק את הקבצים שבחרת בבורר המסמכים או בחלון הפתיחה.

מסמכים מ‑iCloud Drive או מאפליקציית קבצים

בקרות פרטיות

APPLOAD LLC ("we", "us", or "our") built WordsOS, a word processor for Mac, iPad and iPhone that opens and saves real Word documents. This policy explains what data the app uses, how it is stored, and the rights you have. In short: your documents stay on your device.

App Privacy Summary (for App Store)

Data Collection by Developer	No — "Data Not Collected". We do not collect personal data on our servers.
Data Used for Tracking / Ads	None. We do not track you across apps or websites and we do not show ads.
Data Linked to You	None. Your documents remain solely on your device.
Third-Party Sharing/Sale	No selling or sharing of personal data.

Note: Apple services like the App Store are governed by Apple's privacy policies.

Data WordsOS Processes

The documents you open, create or save (.docx, .dotx, .docm, .dotm, and plain text).
PDF files you open to read, and those you export.
Images you insert into a document.
App preferences (default font and size, zoom, page colour, which panels are open).
Your list of recent documents, together with the system bookmarks needed to reopen them.

How Your Data is Processed and Stored

100% on device: Everything done with a document — opening, editing, saving, exporting to PDF and printing — happens locally. We never send your files to any server.
No backend server: WordsOS has no server. We do not operate any cloud infrastructure for this app.
No network access: The app contains no networking code, and the Mac version does not even request the system's network entitlement. A document cannot cause a network request merely by being opened.
Only the files you choose: The app runs inside Apple's sandbox and can read only the files you pick in the document picker or open panel.
Local preferences: Your preferences are saved only on your device using UserDefaults.
Recent documents: The list is stored only on your device, and you can empty it at any time with "Clear".
No analytics: We do not use any analytics services or collect usage statistics.

Documents from iCloud Drive or Files

When you open a document stored in iCloud Drive or the Files app, it is Apple's system that hands it to you. WordsOS receives only the file you picked and never copies it anywhere else. Syncing with iCloud is governed by Apple's privacy policy, not ours.

Macros Are Never Run

If a document carries a macro (VBA) project, WordsOS preserves it untouched so that saving does not destroy it, but never executes it. The app tells you when a document contains macros.

External References Are Never Followed

A document may contain web addresses, linked images or other external references. WordsOS shows them as part of your document and never fetches or opens them. Nothing inside a document can reach the network through this app.

No Third-Party Services

WordsOS does not use any third-party services. There are no:

Analytics services
Advertising networks
Cloud editing or conversion services
Tracking tools

Your Privacy Controls

Clear recents: The "Clear" button on the start screen empties your recent documents list.
Your files are yours: Documents live where you save them, not inside the app.
App deletion: Uninstalling the app removes its preferences and its recent list; your documents stay where you saved them.

Data Retention

No data persists on our servers because we have no servers. Preferences and the recent documents list stay on your device until you clear them or delete the app.

Children's Privacy

WordsOS is a general productivity tool suitable for all ages. We do not collect any personal information from any users, including children.

Security Compliance

WordsOS implements security measures compliant with:

COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection)
Apple App Sandboxing

Beyond that, every imported document is treated as untrusted: the XML reader supports no DTDs and no external entities at all, compressed archives and images are held to size and expansion limits, and internal paths are validated before anything uses them.
