Política de Privacidad

APPLOAD LLC ("nosotros") creó Velt, una bóveda privada para tus contraseñas y notas en iPhone, iPad y Android. Esta política explica qué datos utiliza la app, cómo se almacenan y tus derechos. En resumen: tus datos se cifran en tu dispositivo y nunca recibimos ninguno de ellos.

Resumen para App Store

Recopilación por el desarrollador	No — "Datos no recopilados". No recopilamos ningún dato personal. Velt no tiene cuenta, ni servidores, ni código de red propio.
Datos para seguimiento / anuncios	Ninguno. No te rastreamos entre apps o sitios y no mostramos anuncios.
Datos vinculados a ti	Ninguno. Tus datos permanecen cifrados en tus dispositivos y, solo si la activas, en tu propia cuenta de iCloud.
Compartir/venta a terceros	No vendemos ni compartimos información personal.

Nota: los servicios de Apple como iCloud y el App Store, y Google Play en Android, se rigen por sus propias políticas de privacidad.

Datos que guarda Velt

Velt solo guarda lo que tú introduces:

Elementos de la bóveda: títulos, usuarios, contraseñas, notas, color y grupo, además de hasta 5 versiones anteriores de cada elemento.
Notas: títulos, texto con formato, categorías, etiquetas y color, además de hasta 20 versiones anteriores de cada nota.
Adjuntos: las fotos que eliges, los archivos que importas y las notas de voz que grabas.
Ajustes: nombres de grupos, preferencias de visualización y opciones del generador de contraseñas.

Cómo se protegen tus datos

Cifrado en tu dispositivo: Los elementos de la bóveda, las notas, el historial y los adjuntos se cifran con AES-256-GCM antes de guardarse. La clave se crea en tu dispositivo y se guarda en el Llavero del sistema (iOS) o en Android Keystore.
Bloqueado con tu dispositivo: Velt se desbloquea con Face ID, Touch ID o el código de tu dispositivo (huella, desbloqueo facial o bloqueo de pantalla en Android). Los datos biométricos los gestiona por completo el sistema operativo; Velt nunca los recibe. Solo en un dispositivo sin código Velt pide su propio PIN, que se guarda como un hash con sal, nunca como texto plano.
Oculto en el selector de apps: La pantalla se difumina al salir de la app, y Velt se bloquea de nuevo cuando pasa a segundo plano.
Portapapeles: Las contraseñas copiadas se borran del portapapeles tras 30 segundos. En iPhone y iPad permanecen en el dispositivo y no se comparten mediante el Portapapeles Universal; en Android se marcan como confidenciales para que su contenido no aparezca en las vistas previas.
Sin análisis: No utilizamos servicios de análisis, informes de fallos ni publicidad, y no recopilamos estadísticas de uso.

Sincronización opcional con iCloud (iPhone y iPad)

La sincronización con iCloud está desactivada por defecto. Si la activas:

Velt cifra en tu dispositivo los elementos de la bóveda, las notas, el historial y los nombres de grupos, y los guarda como un único registro cifrado en tu propia cuenta de iCloud. No tenemos acceso a tu cuenta de iCloud.
La clave de cifrado se comparte entre tus dispositivos mediante el Llavero de iCloud, que Apple protege con cifrado de extremo a extremo.
Las fotos, archivos y notas de voz no se sincronizan. Permanecen en el dispositivo donde los añadiste.
Al desactivar la sincronización, puedes elegir eliminar la copia cifrada de iCloud.

iCloud lo opera Apple y se rige por la política de privacidad de Apple. La versión de Velt para Android no sincroniza.

Copias de seguridad que creas

Puedes exportar un archivo de copia de seguridad a la ubicación que elijas. La copia incluye tus adjuntos y se cifra con una contraseña que tú eliges (PBKDF2-SHA256 con 600.000 iteraciones y luego AES-256-GCM). Nunca vemos el archivo ni la contraseña, y no podemos recuperar una copia si se pierde la contraseña.

Copias de seguridad del dispositivo

Las copias de seguridad de tu teléfono (por ejemplo, la copia de iCloud o la de un ordenador) pueden incluir los datos cifrados de Velt. La clave del dispositivo se guarda como "solo este dispositivo", por lo que una copia restaurada en otro teléfono no puede descifrarlos. Usa el archivo de copia de Velt, o la sincronización con iCloud, para pasar a un teléfono nuevo.

Permisos

Face ID: para desbloquear la app. Lo gestiona el sistema operativo.
Micrófono: solo mientras grabas una nota de voz para adjuntarla a una nota.
Añadir a Fotos: solo si eliges "Guardar imagen" en un adjunto.
Fotos y archivos: se eligen mediante los selectores del sistema. Velt recibe solo los elementos que seleccionas y no tiene acceso al resto de tu fototeca.

Sin servicios de terceros

Velt no contiene código de terceros. No hay:

Servicios de análisis
Redes publicitarias
Servicios de informes de fallos
Herramientas de seguimiento

Tus controles de privacidad

Editar o eliminar: Elimina cualquier elemento o nota en cualquier momento.
Sincronización: Activa o desactiva la sincronización con iCloud en Ajustes, y elimina la copia de iCloud al desactivarla.
Eliminación de la app: Eliminar Velt borra sus datos del dispositivo. Los datos en iCloud se conservan hasta que los elimines, y los archivos de copia permanecen donde los guardaste.

Conservación de datos

No conservamos datos en nuestros servidores porque no tenemos servidores. Tus datos permanecen en tus dispositivos, en tu cuenta de iCloud si usas la sincronización y en las copias de seguridad que crees, hasta que los elimines.

Privacidad de menores

Velt es una utilidad de uso general adecuada para todas las edades. No recopilamos ninguna información personal de ningún usuario, incluidos los niños.

Cumplimiento de seguridad

Velt implementa medidas de seguridad que cumplen con:

No recopilamos ni tratamos tus datos personales por nuestra parte. Tus datos permanecen bajo tu control en tus dispositivos y en tu propia cuenta de iCloud.

CCPA/CPRA (California) y otras leyes de EE. UU.

No "vendemos" ni "compartimos" información personal porque no recopilamos ninguna.

Cambios

Podemos actualizar esta política. Indicaremos la nueva fecha y, si es sustancial, te avisaremos en la app.

נתונים ש‑Velt שומרת

Velt שומרת רק את מה שאתה מכניס אליה:

כיצד הנתונים שלך מוגנים

הצפנה במכשיר: פריטי הכספת, הפתקים, ההיסטוריה והקבצים המצורפים מוצפנים ב‑AES-256-GCM לפני שהם נשמרים. המפתח נוצר במכשיר שלך ונשמר במחזיק המפתחות של המערכת (iOS) או ב‑Android Keystore.
נעול כמו המכשיר: Velt נפתחת באמצעות Face ID,‏ Touch ID או קוד הגישה של המכשיר (טביעת אצבע, זיהוי פנים או נעילת מסך באנדרואיד). נתונים ביומטריים מטופלים כולם על ידי מערכת ההפעלה, ו‑Velt לעולם אינה מקבלת אותם. רק במכשיר ללא קוד גישה Velt מבקשת PIN משלה, הנשמר כגיבוב (Hash) עם Salt ולעולם לא כטקסט גלוי.

Privacy Policy

APPLOAD LLC ("we", "us", or "our") built Velt, a private vault for your passwords and notes on iPhone, iPad and Android. This policy explains what data the app uses, how it is stored, and the rights you have. In short: your data is encrypted on your device, and we never receive any of it.

App Privacy Summary (for App Store)

Data Collection by Developer	No — "Data Not Collected". We do not collect any personal data. Velt has no account, no servers and no network code of its own.
Data Used for Tracking / Ads	None. We do not track you across apps or websites and we do not show ads.
Data Linked to You	None. Your data stays encrypted on your devices and, only if you turn it on, in your own iCloud account.
Third-Party Sharing/Sale	No selling or sharing of personal data.

Note: Apple services like iCloud and the App Store, and Google Play on Android, are governed by their own privacy policies.

Data Velt Stores

Velt only stores what you put into it:

Vault items: titles, usernames, passwords, notes, colour and group, plus up to 5 earlier versions of each item.
Notes: titles, formatted text, categories, tags and colour, plus up to 20 earlier versions of each note.
Attachments: photos you pick, files you import, and voice memos you record.
Settings: group names, display preferences and password generator options.

How Your Data is Protected

Encrypted on your device: Vault items, notes, history and attachments are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are saved. The key is created on your device and kept in the system Keychain (iOS) or Android Keystore.
Locked with your device: Velt unlocks with Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode (fingerprint, face unlock or screen lock on Android). Biometric data is handled entirely by the operating system; Velt never receives it. Only on a device without a passcode does Velt ask for its own PIN, which is stored as a salted hash, never as plain text.
Hidden in the app switcher: The screen is blurred when you leave the app, and Velt locks again when it goes to the background.
Clipboard: Copied passwords are cleared from the clipboard after 30 seconds. On iPhone and iPad they stay on the device and are not shared through Universal Clipboard; on Android they are marked as sensitive so their content is hidden from clipboard previews.
No analytics: We do not use any analytics, crash-reporting or advertising services, and we do not collect usage statistics.

Optional iCloud Sync (iPhone and iPad)

iCloud sync is off by default. If you turn it on:

Your vault items, notes, history and group names are encrypted by Velt on your device and stored as a single encrypted record in your own iCloud account. We have no access to your iCloud account.
The encryption key is shared between your devices through iCloud Keychain, which Apple protects with end-to-end encryption.
Photos, files and voice memos are not synced. They stay on the device where you added them.
When you turn sync off, you can choose to remove the encrypted copy from iCloud.

iCloud is operated by Apple and governed by Apple's privacy policy. The Android version of Velt does not sync.

Backups You Create

You can export a backup file to a location you choose. The backup includes your attachments and is encrypted with a password you choose (PBKDF2-SHA256 with 600,000 rounds, then AES-256-GCM). We never see the file or the password, and we cannot recover a backup if the password is lost.

Device Backups

Your phone's own backups (for example iCloud Backup or a computer backup) may include Velt's encrypted data. The device key is kept "this device only", so a device backup restored to a different phone cannot decrypt it. Use Velt's own backup file, or iCloud sync, to move to a new phone.

Permissions

Face ID: to unlock the app. Handled by the operating system.
Microphone: only while you record a voice memo to attach to a note.
Add to Photos: only if you choose "Save Image" for an attachment.
Photos and files: chosen through the system pickers. Velt receives only the items you select and has no access to the rest of your library.

No Third-Party Services

Velt contains no third-party code. There are no:

Analytics services
Advertising networks
Crash-reporting services
Tracking tools

Your Privacy Controls

Edit or delete: Delete any item or note at any time.
Sync: Turn iCloud sync on or off in Settings, and remove the iCloud copy when you turn it off.
App deletion: Deleting Velt removes its data from the device. Data in iCloud is kept until you remove it, and backup files stay wherever you saved them.

Data Retention

No data is kept on our servers because we have no servers. Your data stays on your devices, in your iCloud account if you use sync, and in backup files you create, until you delete it.

Children's Privacy

Velt is a general-purpose utility suitable for all ages. We do not collect any personal information from any users, including children.

Security Compliance

Velt implements security measures compliant with:

No software can guarantee absolute security. Keep your device passcode private and your device's software up to date.

Regional Rights

GDPR (EU/UK)

We do not collect or process your personal data on our side. Your data remains under your control on your devices and in your own iCloud account.

CCPA/CPRA (California) and other US laws

We do not "sell" or "share" personal information because we do not collect any.

Changes

We may update this policy. We'll indicate the new date and, if substantial, notify you in the app.
