APPLOAD LLC ("nosotros") creó TaxFiles para ayudarte a organizar, almacenar y gestionar tus documentos fiscales de forma segura en tus propios dispositivos. Esta política explica qué datos utiliza la app, cómo se almacenan y tus derechos.

Datos que puedes guardar en TaxFiles
- Documentos fiscales (W-2, 1099, declaraciones de impuestos, formularios fiscales).
- Recibos y facturas con metadatos extraídos (proveedor, monto, fecha).
- Imágenes escaneadas de documentos (JPG, PNG, HEIC) y archivos PDF.
- Información de cuentas (personal/privada y empresarial).
- Organización por año fiscal y categorías de documentos.
- Notas y anotaciones en documentos.
- Preferencias de apariencia y temas de color.
- Contraseña opcional con biometría (Touch ID/Face ID) para seguridad de la app.
Cómo se procesan y almacenan tus datos
- En el dispositivo primero: Tus documentos se guardan localmente y, si lo habilitas, se sincronizan con tu iCloud personal. No operamos un servidor propio para TaxFiles.
- Procesamiento local: El escaneo de documentos, OCR y clasificación inteligente se realizan completamente en tu dispositivo usando Vision de Apple.
- Cifrado: Tu dispositivo e iCloud proporcionan cifrado estándar del sector. Los datos sensibles están protegidos con biometría cuando está habilitada.
- Exportaciones: Puedes exportar tus datos con cifrado AES opcional protegido por contraseña.
- Sin servidor backend: Nunca transmitimos tus documentos fiscales a servidores de terceros.
Tus controles de privacidad
- Exportar: Puedes exportar todos tus datos desde Configuración → Gestión de Datos.
- Eliminar: Puedes borrar todos los datos desde la misma pantalla; también puedes eliminar archivos sincronizados desde iCloud Drive.
- Copia de seguridad en iCloud: Puedes hacer copias de seguridad y restaurar tus datos desde iCloud cuando lo desees.
- Sincronización: Activa/desactiva la sincronización con iCloud según tus preferencias.
- Seguridad: Protección opcional con contraseña y biometría para todo el contenido de la app.
Conservación de datos
Tus datos existen mientras los mantengas en tu dispositivo y/o iCloud. Tú controlas la exportación y eliminación completa.
Privacidad de menores
TaxFiles no está dirigida a menores de 13 años (o la edad mínima de tu jurisdicción). La gestión de documentos fiscales debe ser realizada por adultos responsables.
Sin asesoría fiscal
TaxFiles es una herramienta de organización de documentos; no ofrece asesoría fiscal ni contable. Consulta siempre a un profesional fiscal para orientación.
Cumplimiento de seguridad
TaxFiles implementa medidas de seguridad que cumplen con:
- GDPR (Reglamento General de Protección de Datos)
- Regulaciones israelíes de protección de datos
- COPPA (protección de privacidad infantil)
- Estándares de cifrado AES-256 para exportaciones
Derechos regionales
RGPD (UE/RU)
Puedes solicitar acceso, corrección, exportación o eliminación. Dado que los datos están en tu dispositivo/iCloud, la mayoría de acciones se realizan en la app.
CCPA/CPRA (California) y otras leyes de EE. UU.
No "vendemos" ni "compartimos" información personal. Atenderemos las solicitudes aplicables.
Uso internacional
Si sincronizas con iCloud, Apple almacena los datos según tu región y sus políticas.
Cambios
Podemos actualizar esta política. Indicaremos la nueva fecha y, si es sustancial, te avisaremos en la app.

כיצד הנתונים מעובדים ונשמרים
- קודם כל במכשיר: המסמכים נשמרים מקומית, ובמידה ותפעיל זאת – מסונכרנים ל‑iCloud האישי שלך. אין לנו שרת‑Backend לאפליקציה.
- עיבוד מקומי: סריקת מסמכים, OCR וסיווג חכם מתבצעים לחלוטין במכשיר שלך באמצעות Vision של Apple.
- הצפנה: האחסון במכשיר וב‑iCloud מוגן בהצפנות המקובלות בתעשייה. נתונים רגישים מוגנים בביומטריה כשהיא מופעלת.
- ייצוא: ניתן לייצא את הנתונים עם הצפנת AES אופציונלית מוגנת בסיסמה.
- ללא שרת Backend: איננו מעבירים לעולם את מסמכי המס שלך לשרתי צד שלישי.
בקרות פרטיות
- ייצוא: ניתן לייצא את כל הנתונים ממסך הגדרות ← ניהול נתונים.
- מחיקה: ניתן למחוק את כל הנתונים מאותו מסך; ניתן גם להסיר קבצים שסונכרנו מ‑iCloud Drive.
- גיבוי ב‑iCloud: ניתן לגבות ולשחזר את הנתונים מ‑iCloud בכל עת.
- סנכרון: הפעלה/ביטול של סנכרון iCloud לפי העדפותיך.
- אבטחה: הגנה אופציונלית עם סיסמה וביומטריה לכל תוכן האפליקציה.
שמירת נתונים
הנתונים קיימים כל עוד תבחר לשמור אותם במכשיר ו/או ב‑iCloud. השליטה המלאה בידיך.
פרטיות ילדים
האפליקציה אינה מיועדת לילדים מתחת לגיל 13 (או הגיל המזערי בדין החל אצלך). ניהול מסמכי מס צריך להתבצע על ידי מבוגרים אחראיים.
אין ייעוץ מס
TaxFiles היא כלי לארגון מסמכים בלבד ואינה מספקת ייעוץ מס או חשבונאי. יש להתייעץ תמיד עם איש מקצוע בתחום המס.

TaxFiles מיישמת אמצעי אבטחה התואמים ל:

איננו "מוכרים" או "משתפים" מידע אישי כהגדרות חוקים אלו. נכבד זכויות רלוונטיות.
שימוש בינלאומי
בעת סנכרון ל‑iCloud, המידע נשמר בתשתיות Apple לפי אזור חשבון ה‑Apple ID שלך ובהתאם למדיניות Apple.
עדכונים למדיניות
ייתכנו עדכונים מעת לעת. נעדכן את תאריך התחולה לעיל, ובמקרה של שינוי מהותי – תופיע הודעה באפליקציה.

APPLOAD LLC ("we", "us", or "our") built TaxFiles to help you securely organize, store, and manage your tax documents on your own devices. This policy explains what data the app uses, how it is stored, and the rights you have.
App Privacy Summary (for App Store)

Data You Store in TaxFiles
- Tax documents (W-2, 1099, tax returns, tax forms).
- Receipts and invoices with extracted metadata (vendor, amount, date).
- Scanned document images (JPG, PNG, HEIC) and PDF files.
- Account information (personal/private and business).
- Organization by tax year and document categories.
- Notes and annotations on documents.
- Appearance preferences and color themes.
- Optional password with biometrics (Touch ID/Face ID) for app security.
How Your Data is Processed and Stored
- On-device first: Your documents are saved locally and, if enabled, synced to your personal iCloud. We do not operate a backend server for TaxFiles.
- Local processing: Document scanning, OCR, and smart classification are performed entirely on your device using Apple's Vision framework.
- Encryption: Your device and iCloud provide industry-standard encryption. Sensitive data is protected with biometrics when enabled.
- Exports: You can export your data with optional AES encryption protected by password.
- No backend server: We never transmit your tax documents to third-party servers.
Your Privacy Controls
- Export: You can export all your data from Settings → Data Management.
- Delete: You can erase all data from the same screen; you can also remove synced files from iCloud Drive.
- iCloud Backup: You can backup and restore your data from iCloud at any time.
- Sync: Toggle on/off iCloud sync according to your preferences.
- Security: Optional password and biometric protection for all app content.
Data Retention
Your data exists as long as you keep it on your device and/or iCloud. You control the export and complete deletion.
Children's Privacy
TaxFiles is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). Tax document management should be performed by responsible adults.
No Tax Advice
TaxFiles is a document organization tool; it does not provide tax or accounting advice. Always consult a tax professional for guidance.
Security Compliance
TaxFiles implements security measures compliant with:

- Israeli Privacy Protection Regulations
- COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection)
- AES-256 encryption standards for exports
Regional Rights

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion. Since data is on your device/iCloud, most actions are performed in the app.

We do not "sell" or "share" personal information. We will honor applicable requests.
International Use
If you sync to iCloud, Apple stores data according to your region and their policies.
Changes
We may update this policy. We'll indicate the new date and, if substantial, notify you in the app.
