Términos de Servicio y EULA

Por favor lee estos Términos de Servicio ("Términos") cuidadosamente antes de usar la aplicación móvil ReaderQuest ("Aplicación") operada por APPLOAD LLC ("nosotros", "nos" o "nuestro").
1. Aceptación de los Términos
Al descargar, instalar o usar ReaderQuest, aceptas estar vinculado por estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo con alguna parte de los términos, no puedes usar la Aplicación.
2. Acuerdo de Licencia de Usuario Final (EULA)
2.1 Otorgamiento de Licencia
APPLOAD LLC te otorga una licencia limitada, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para usar la Aplicación para uso personal y no comercial en dispositivos que poseas o controles, sujeto a estos Términos.
2.2 Restricciones
No puedes:
- Copiar, modificar o distribuir la Aplicación o su contenido.
- Realizar ingeniería inversa, descompilar o desensamblar la Aplicación.
- Eliminar avisos de derechos de autor o propiedad.
- Usar la Aplicación para fines comerciales sin autorización escrita.
- Sublicenciar, vender o transferir la licencia a terceros.
2.3 Modelo de Pago Único
ReaderQuest se ofrece mediante un pago único que otorga una licencia perpetua para usar la Aplicación. Esta licencia es para uso personal y familiar únicamente.
3. Consentimiento Parental
ReaderQuest está diseñada para niños de 5 a 12 años. Al descargar esta Aplicación para un menor:
- Confirmas que eres el padre o tutor legal del niño.
- Das tu consentimiento para que el niño use la Aplicación.
- Aceptas supervisar el uso de la Aplicación.
- Aceptas estos Términos en nombre del niño.
4. Contenido Educativo
4.1 Naturaleza del Contenido
ReaderQuest proporciona materiales educativos de lectura incluyendo historias, ejercicios de vocabulario y preguntas de comprensión. Este contenido es solo para fines educativos.
4.2 Sin Garantía Educativa
Aunque nos esforzamos por proporcionar contenido educativo de alta calidad, no garantizamos resultados de aprendizaje específicos. ReaderQuest es un complemento, no un sustituto, de la educación formal.
5. Propiedad Intelectual
La Aplicación y su contenido original, características y funcionalidad son propiedad de APPLOAD LLC y están protegidos por leyes de derechos de autor, marcas registradas y otras leyes de propiedad intelectual.
6. Limitación de Responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley aplicable, APPLOAD LLC no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales, consecuentes o punitivos, incluyendo pérdida de beneficios, datos u otra pérdida intangible.
7. Descargo de Garantías
La Aplicación se proporciona "TAL CUAL" y "SEGÚN DISPONIBILIDAD" sin garantías de ningún tipo. No garantizamos que la Aplicación sea libre de errores o ininterrumpida.
8. Terminación
Podemos terminar o suspender tu acceso inmediatamente, sin previo aviso, por cualquier razón, incluyendo el incumplimiento de estos Términos. Tras la terminación, tu derecho a usar la Aplicación cesará inmediatamente.
9. Ley Aplicable
Estos Términos se regirán por las leyes de los Estados Unidos de América e Israel, sin tener en cuenta las disposiciones sobre conflicto de leyes.
10. Cambios a los Términos
Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos términos en cualquier momento. Te notificaremos de cambios materiales actualizando la fecha "Vigente desde" y mediante notificación en la aplicación.

2.3 מודל תשלום חד-פעמי
ReaderQuest מוצעת באמצעות תשלום חד-פעמי המעניק רישיון תמידי לשימוש באפליקציה. רישיון זה מיועד לשימוש אישי ומשפחתי בלבד.
3. הסכמת הורים
ReaderQuest מיועדת לילדים בגילאי 5-12. בהורדת אפליקציה זו עבור קטין:
- אתם מאשרים שאתם ההורה או האפוטרופוס החוקי של הילד.
- אתם נותנים הסכמתכם לילד להשתמש באפליקציה.
- אתם מסכימים לפקח על השימוש באפליקציה.
- אתם מקבלים תנאים אלה בשם הילד.
4. תוכן חינוכי
4.1 אופי התוכן
ReaderQuest מספקת חומרי קריאה חינוכיים הכוללים סיפורים, תרגילי אוצר מילים ושאלות הבנת הנקרא. תוכן זה מיועד למטרות חינוכיות בלבד.
4.2 ללא אחריות חינוכית
למרות שאנו שואפים לספק תוכן חינוכי באיכות גבוהה, איננו מבטיחים תוצאות למידה ספציפיות. ReaderQuest היא השלמה, לא תחליף, לחינוך פורמלי.
5. קניין רוחני
האפליקציה, התוכן המקורי, התכונות והפונקציונליות שלה הם בבעלות APPLOAD LLC ומוגנים על ידי חוקי זכויות יוצרים, סימני מסחר וחוקי קניין רוחני אחרים.
6. הגבלת אחריות

האפליקציה מסופקת "כמות שהיא" ו"לפי זמינות" ללא אחריות מכל סוג. איננו מתחייבים שהאפליקציה תהיה נקייה משגיאות או רציפה.
8. סיום
אנו רשאים לסיים או להשעות את הגישה שלכם מיידית, ללא הודעה מוקדמת, מכל סיבה, כולל הפרה של תנאים אלה. עם הסיום, זכותכם להשתמש באפליקציה תפקע מיידית.
9. הדין החל
תנאים אלה יהיו כפופים לחוקי ארצות הברית וישראל, מבלי להתחשב בהוראות בדבר ברירת דין.
10. שינויים בתנאים

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the ReaderQuest mobile application ("App") operated by APPLOAD LLC ("we", "us", or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using ReaderQuest, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the App.
2. End User License Agreement (EULA)
2.1 Grant of License
APPLOAD LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.
2.2 Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices.
- Use the App for commercial purposes without written authorization.
- Sublicense, sell, or transfer the license to third parties.
2.3 One-Time Payment Model
ReaderQuest is offered through a one-time payment that grants a perpetual license to use the App. This license is for personal and family use only.
3. Parental Consent
ReaderQuest is designed for children ages 5-12. By downloading this App for a minor:
- You confirm you are the parent or legal guardian of the child.
- You give consent for the child to use the App.
- You agree to supervise the use of the App.
- You accept these Terms on behalf of the child.
4. Educational Content
4.1 Nature of Content
ReaderQuest provides educational reading materials including stories, vocabulary exercises, and comprehension questions. This content is for educational purposes only.
4.2 No Educational Guarantee
While we strive to provide high-quality educational content, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes. ReaderQuest is a supplement to, not a replacement for, formal education.
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by APPLOAD LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, APPLOAD LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible loss.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America and Israel, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Effective date" and through in-app notification.
