Recopilación por el desarrollador	No — "Datos no recopilados". No recopilamos datos personales en nuestros servidores.
Datos para seguimiento / anuncios	Ninguno. No rastreamos a los usuarios entre apps o sitios y no mostramos anuncios.
Datos vinculados a ti	Ninguno. Tu contenido permanece en tu dispositivo.
Compartir/venta a terceros	No vendemos ni compartimos información personal.

Progreso de lectura y finalización de lecciones.
Lecciones marcadas como favoritas.
Puntuaciones de preguntas de comprensión.
Preferencias de la aplicación (tamaño de texto, tema, velocidad de voz).

Cómo se procesan y almacenan tus datos

Solo en el dispositivo: Todos los datos se almacenan localmente en tu dispositivo utilizando Core Data. No operamos servidores backend.
Síntesis de voz: La narración de audio utiliza la función integrada de texto a voz de Apple, que se procesa completamente en el dispositivo.
Sin transmisión de datos: ReaderQuest no envía datos de usuario a servidores externos.
Sin cuentas de usuario: No se requiere registro ni inicio de sesión para usar la aplicación.

Privacidad de los niños (COPPA)

ReaderQuest está diseñada para niños de 5 a 12 años. Cumplimos con COPPA (Ley de Protección de la Privacidad Infantil en Línea):

No recopilamos información personal de niños.
No requerimos registro o creación de cuenta.
No mostramos publicidad ni rastreamos usuarios.
Todo el progreso de aprendizaje se almacena localmente en el dispositivo.
Recomendamos supervisión parental durante el uso.

Consentimiento parental

Al descargar e instalar ReaderQuest para tu hijo, confirmas que:

Eres el padre/tutor legal del usuario.
Consientes el uso de la aplicación por tu hijo.
Supervisarás el uso de la aplicación según corresponda.

Modelo de compra

ReaderQuest es actualmente gratuita con acceso completo a todo el contenido. No hay compras en la aplicación, suscripciones ni anuncios. Este modelo de precios puede cambiar en el futuro.

Tus controles de privacidad

Restablecer progreso: Puedes restablecer el progreso de lectura desde la configuración de la aplicación.
Eliminar la aplicación: Desinstalar la aplicación elimina todos los datos almacenados.
Preferencias: Ajusta el tamaño del texto, el tema y la configuración de voz en cualquier momento.

Retención de datos

Los datos existen solo mientras la aplicación esté instalada. Desinstalar la aplicación elimina permanentemente todos los datos.

כיצד הנתונים מעובדים ונשמרים

App Privacy Summary (for App Store)

Data Collection by Developer	No — "Data Not Collected". We do not collect personal data on our servers.
Data Used for Tracking / Ads	None. We do not track users across apps or websites and we do not show ads.
Data Linked to You	None. Your content remains on your device.
Third-Party Sharing/Sale	No selling or sharing of personal data.

Note: Apple services like App Store are governed by Apple's privacy policies.

Data Stored in ReaderQuest

Reading progress and lesson completion status.
Bookmarked lessons.
Comprehension question scores.
App preferences (text size, theme, voice speed).

How Your Data is Processed and Stored

On-device only: All data is stored locally on your device using Core Data. We do not operate backend servers.
Text-to-speech: Audio narration uses Apple's built-in text-to-speech feature, which is processed entirely on-device.
No data transmission: ReaderQuest does not send user data to external servers.
No user accounts: No registration or login is required to use the app.

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

ReaderQuest is designed for children ages 5-12. We comply with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act):

We do not collect personal information from children.
We do not require registration or account creation.
We do not display advertising or track users.
All learning progress is stored locally on the device.
We recommend parental supervision during use.

Parental Consent

By downloading and installing ReaderQuest for your child, you confirm that:

You are the parent/legal guardian of the user.

Purchase Model

ReaderQuest is currently free to use with full access to all content. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or advertisements. This pricing model may change in the future.

Your Privacy Controls

Reset Progress: You can reset reading progress from the app settings.
Delete App: Uninstalling the app removes all stored data.
Preferences: Adjust text size, theme, and voice settings at any time.

Data Retention

Data exists only while the app is installed. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all data.
