APPLOAD LLC ("nosotros") creó PCompress para ayudarte a comprimir archivos PDF de forma rápida y segura directamente en tu dispositivo. Esta política explica qué datos utiliza la app, cómo se almacenan y tus derechos.

Resumen para App Store

Recopilación por el desarrollador	No — "Datos no recopilados". No recopilamos datos personales en nuestros servidores.
Datos para seguimiento / anuncios	Ninguno. No te rastreamos entre apps o sitios y no mostramos anuncios.
Datos vinculados a ti	Ninguno. Tus archivos PDF permanecen únicamente en tu dispositivo.
Compartir/venta a terceros	No vendemos ni compartimos información personal.

Archivos PDF que seleccionas para comprimir.
Archivos PDF comprimidos generados temporalmente.
Preferencias de la aplicación (tema claro/oscuro, calidad de compresión).
Aceptación del acuerdo legal.

Cómo se procesan y almacenan tus datos

100% en el dispositivo: Toda la compresión de PDF se realiza localmente en tu dispositivo. Nunca enviamos tus archivos a servidores externos.
Sin servidor backend: PCompress no tiene servidor. No operamos ninguna infraestructura en la nube para esta aplicación.
Archivos temporales: Los archivos comprimidos se almacenan temporalmente y se limpian automáticamente después de 1 hora cuando la app pasa a segundo plano.
Preferencias locales: Tus preferencias de tema y configuración se guardan únicamente en tu dispositivo usando UserDefaults.
Sin análisis: No utilizamos servicios de análisis ni recopilamos estadísticas de uso.

Sin servicios de terceros

PCompress no utiliza ningún servicio de terceros. No hay:

Servicios de análisis
Redes publicitarias
Servicios de compresión en la nube
Herramientas de seguimiento

Tus controles de privacidad

Eliminar archivos: Puedes eliminar cualquier archivo de la lista en cualquier momento.
Limpiar todo: Usa la opción "Limpiar Todo" para eliminar todos los archivos de la sesión.
Eliminación de la app: Desinstalar la app elimina todos los datos asociados.

Conservación de datos

Tus archivos PDF existen solo mientras los mantienes en la app durante una sesión. Los archivos temporales se eliminan automáticamente. Ningún dato persiste en nuestros servidores porque no tenemos servidores.

Privacidad de menores

PCompress es una herramienta de utilidad general adecuada para todas las edades. No recopilamos ninguna información personal de ningún usuario, incluidos los niños.

כיצד הנתונים מעובדים ונשמרים

100% במכשיר: כל דחיסת ה-PDF מתבצעת מקומית במכשיר שלך. לעולם לא שולחים את הקבצים שלך לשרתים חיצוניים.
ללא שרת Backend: ל-PCompress אין שרת. אין לנו שום תשתית ענן לאפליקציה זו.
קבצים זמניים: קבצים דחוסים נשמרים באופן זמני ונמחקים אוטומטית לאחר שעה כשהאפליקציה עוברת לרקע.
העדפות מקומיות: העדפות הערכת נושא והגדרות נשמרות רק במכשיר שלך באמצעות UserDefaults.
ללא אנליטיקס: איננו משתמשים בשירותי אנליטיקס ואיננו אוספים סטטיסטיקות שימוש.

בקרות פרטיות

מחיקת קבצים: ניתן למחוק כל קובץ מהרשימה בכל עת.
ניקוי הכל: השתמש באפשרות "נקה הכל" כדי להסיר את כל הקבצים מהסשן.
הסרת האפליקציה: הסרת האפליקציה מוחקת את כל הנתונים הקשורים.

שמירת נתונים

קבצי ה-PDF שלך קיימים רק כל עוד אתה שומר אותם באפליקציה במהלך סשן. קבצים זמניים נמחקים אוטומטית. שום נתונים לא נשמרים בשרתים שלנו כי אין לנו שרתים.

APPLOAD LLC ("we", "us", or "our") built PCompress to help you compress PDF files quickly and securely directly on your device. This policy explains what data the app uses, how it is stored, and the rights you have.

App Privacy Summary (for App Store)

Data Collection by Developer	No — "Data Not Collected". We do not collect personal data on our servers.
Data Used for Tracking / Ads	None. We do not track you across apps or websites and we do not show ads.
Data Linked to You	None. Your PDF files remain solely on your device.
Third-Party Sharing/Sale	No selling or sharing of personal data.

Note: Apple services like the App Store are governed by Apple's privacy policies.

Data PCompress Processes

PDF files you select for compression.
Compressed PDF files generated temporarily.
App preferences (light/dark theme, compression quality).
Legal agreement acceptance.

How Your Data is Processed and Stored

100% on-device: All PDF compression is performed locally on your device. We never send your files to external servers.
No backend server: PCompress has no server. We do not operate any cloud infrastructure for this app.
Temporary files: Compressed files are stored temporarily and automatically cleaned up after 1 hour when the app goes to the background.
Local preferences: Your theme and settings preferences are saved only on your device using UserDefaults.
No analytics: We do not use any analytics services or collect usage statistics.

No Third-Party Services

PCompress does not use any third-party services. There are no:

Analytics services
Advertising networks
Cloud compression services
Tracking tools

Your Privacy Controls

Delete files: You can remove any file from the list at any time.
Clear All: Use the "Clear All" option to remove all files from your session.
App deletion: Uninstalling the app removes all associated data.

Data Retention

Your PDF files exist only as long as you keep them in the app during a session. Temporary files are automatically deleted. No data persists on our servers because we have no servers.

Children's Privacy

PCompress is a general utility tool suitable for all ages. We do not collect any personal information from any users, including children.
