APPLOAD LLC ("nosotros") creó MentorX para ayudarte a estudiar y dominar tus materiales de curso con la ayuda de inteligencia artificial. Esta política explica qué datos utiliza la app, cómo se almacenan y tus derechos.

Resumen para App Store

Recopilación por el desarrollador	No — "Datos no recopilados". No recopilamos datos personales en nuestros servidores.
Datos para seguimiento / anuncios	Ninguno. No te rastreamos entre apps o sitios y no mostramos anuncios.
Datos vinculados a ti	Ninguno. Tu contenido permanece en tu dispositivo y/o en tu iCloud personal.
Compartir/venta a terceros	No vendemos ni compartimos información personal.

Nota: los servicios de Apple como iCloud y la facturación del App Store se rigen por las políticas de Apple. Las consultas de IA se envían a los proveedores que selecciones (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google o tu servidor local).

Datos que puedes guardar en MentorX

Cursos y lecciones con archivos de transcripción (VTT).
Documentos de base de conocimiento (PDF, archivos de texto y otros formatos de documentos).
Preguntas de estudio generadas (opción múltiple y respuesta abierta).
Resúmenes de lecciones y materiales del curso.
Preferencias de aprendizaje y comentarios (pulgar arriba/abajo).
Claves API para proveedores de IA (almacenadas de forma segura en Keychain).
Sesiones de estudio y métricas de progreso.
Preferencias de apariencia y temas de color.

Cómo se procesan y almacenan tus datos

En el dispositivo primero: Tus cursos, sesiones de chat y preferencias se guardan localmente y, si lo habilitas, se sincronizan con tu iCloud personal. No operamos un servidor backend para MentorX.
Procesamiento local: El análisis de transcripciones VTT, indexación y búsqueda se realizan completamente en tu dispositivo.
Consultas de IA: Cuando haces preguntas, tu consulta y el contexto relevante del curso se envían al proveedor de IA que selecciones (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini o tu servidor LM Studio local). No almacenamos estas consultas.
Claves API: Tus claves API se almacenan de forma segura en el Keychain de Apple, nunca en texto plano ni en nuestros servidores.
Sin servidor backend: Nunca transmitimos tus materiales de estudio a nuestros propios servidores.

Proveedores de IA de terceros

Cuando uses funciones de IA, tus consultas se envían directamente al proveedor seleccionado:

Google (Gemini): Consulta su Política de Privacidad
LM Studio: Servidor local en tu red - los datos no salen de tu entorno.

Tus controles de privacidad

Restablecer datos: Puedes eliminar todos los datos desde Configuración → Zona de Peligro → Restablecer Todos los Datos.
Gestionar archivos en la nube: Puedes ver y eliminar selectivamente archivos de iCloud.
Eliminar claves API: Elimina las claves API de cualquier proveedor en cualquier momento desde Configuración.
Sincronización iCloud: Activa/desactiva la sincronización con iCloud según tus preferencias.
Preferencias de aprendizaje: Restablece tus preferencias de aprendizaje en cualquier momento.

Conservación de datos

Tus datos existen mientras los mantengas en tu dispositivo y/o iCloud. Tú controlas la eliminación completa a través de la configuración de la app.

Privacidad de menores

MentorX no está destinada a usuarios menores de 16 años. Al usar la aplicación, confirmas que tienes al menos 16 años. El uso de proveedores de IA requiere el consentimiento de un adulto responsable cuando corresponda.

Sin asesoría académica

MentorX es una herramienta de asistencia al estudio; no proporciona asesoramiento académico oficial ni garantiza resultados de aprendizaje. Consulta siempre a educadores profesionales para orientación.

Cumplimiento de seguridad

MentorX implementa medidas de seguridad que cumplen con:

GDPR (Reglamento General de Protección de Datos)
Regulaciones israelíes de protección de datos
COPPA (protección de privacidad infantil)
Almacenamiento seguro de Keychain de Apple para claves API

Derechos regionales

RGPD (UE/RU)

Puedes solicitar acceso, corrección, exportación o eliminación. Dado que los datos están en tu dispositivo/iCloud, la mayoría de acciones se realizan en la app.

CCPA/CPRA (California) y otras leyes de EE. UU.

No "vendemos" ni "compartimos" información personal. Atenderemos las solicitudes aplicables.

Uso internacional

Si sincronizas con iCloud, Apple almacena los datos según tu región y sus políticas. Las consultas de IA se procesan según la ubicación del proveedor seleccionado.

Cambios

Podemos actualizar esta política. Indicaremos la nueva fecha y, si es sustancial, te avisaremos en la app.

כיצד הנתונים מעובדים ונשמרים

קודם כל במכשיר: הקורסים, סשני הצ'אט וההעדפות נשמרים מקומית, ובמידה ותפעיל זאת – מסונכרנים ל‑iCloud האישי שלך. אין לנו שרת Backend לאפליקציה.
עיבוד מקומי: ניתוח תמלילי VTT, אינדוקס וחיפוש מתבצעים לחלוטין במכשיר שלך.
שאילתות AI: כשאתה שואל שאלות, השאילתה שלך והקשר הרלוונטי מהקורס נשלחים לספק ה-AI שבחרת (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini או שרת LM Studio המקומי שלך). איננו שומרים את השאילתות הללו.
מפתחות API: מפתחות ה-API שלך נשמרים בצורה מאובטחת ב-Keychain של Apple, לעולם לא בטקסט גלוי או בשרתים שלנו.

MentorX אינה מיועדת למשתמשים מתחת לגיל 16. בשימוש באפליקציה, אתה מאשר שגילך לפחות 16. שימוש בספקי AI דורש הסכמת מבוגר אחראי במקרים הרלוונטיים.

אין ייעוץ אקדמי

APPLOAD LLC ("we", "us", or "our") built MentorX to help you study and master your course materials with the assistance of artificial intelligence. This policy explains what data the app uses, how it is stored, and the rights you have.

App Privacy Summary (for App Store)

Data Collection by Developer	No — "Data Not Collected". We do not collect personal data on our servers.
Data Used for Tracking / Ads	None. We do not track you across apps or websites and we do not show ads.
Data Linked to You	None is linked to your identity by us. Your content remains on your device and/or in your personal iCloud.
Third-Party Sharing/Sale	No selling or sharing of personal data.

Note: Apple services like iCloud and App Store billing are governed by Apple's privacy policies. AI queries are sent to your selected providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or your local server).

Data You Store in MentorX

Courses and lessons with transcript files (VTT).
Knowledge base documents (PDFs, text files, and other document formats).
Generated study questions (multiple choice and open-ended).
Lesson summaries and course materials.
Learning preferences and feedback (thumbs up/down).
API keys for AI providers (stored securely in Keychain).
Study sessions and progress metrics.
Appearance preferences and color themes.

How Your Data is Processed and Stored

On-device first: Your courses, chat sessions, and preferences are saved locally and, if enabled, synced to your personal iCloud. We do not operate a backend server for MentorX.
Local processing: VTT transcript parsing, indexing, and search are performed entirely on your device.
AI queries: When you ask questions, your query and relevant course context are sent to your selected AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or your local LM Studio server). We do not store these queries.
API keys: Your API keys are stored securely in Apple's Keychain, never in plain text or on our servers.
No backend server: We never transmit your study materials to our own servers.

Third-Party AI Providers

When you use AI features, your queries are sent directly to your selected provider:

Google (Gemini): See their Privacy Policy
LM Studio: Local server on your network - data does not leave your environment.

Your Privacy Controls

Reset Data: You can delete all data from Settings → Danger Zone → Reset All Data.
Manage Cloud Files: You can view and selectively delete files from iCloud.
Remove API Keys: Delete API keys from any provider at any time from Settings.
iCloud Sync: Toggle on/off iCloud sync according to your preferences.
Learning Preferences: Reset your learning preferences at any time.

Data Retention

Your data exists as long as you keep it on your device and/or iCloud. You control complete deletion through the app settings.

Children's Privacy

MentorX is not intended for users under 16 years of age. By using the app, you confirm you are at least 16 years old. Use of AI providers requires responsible adult consent where applicable.

No Academic Advice

MentorX is a study assistance tool; it does not provide official academic advice or guarantee learning outcomes. Always consult professional educators for guidance.

Security Compliance

MentorX implements security measures compliant with:

Regional Rights

GDPR (EU/UK)

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion. Since data is on your device/iCloud, most actions are performed in the app.

CCPA/CPRA (California) and other US laws

We do not "sell" or "share" personal information. We will honor applicable requests.

International Use

If you sync to iCloud, Apple stores data according to your region and their policies. AI queries are processed according to your selected provider's location.

Changes

We may update this policy. We'll indicate the new date and, if substantial, notify you in the app.
