APPLOAD LLC ("nosotros") desarrolló History Stories para ayudarte a explorar y aprender sobre eventos históricos, figuras y relatos. Esta política explica qué datos utiliza la aplicación, cómo se almacenan y tus derechos.

Resumen para App Store

Recopilación por el desarrollador	No — "Datos no recopilados". No recopilamos datos personales en nuestros servidores.
Datos para seguimiento / anuncios	Ninguno. No te rastreamos entre apps o sitios y no mostramos anuncios.
Datos vinculados a ti	Ninguno. Tu contenido permanece en tu dispositivo.
Compartir/venta a terceros	No vendemos ni compartimos información personal.

Datos almacenados localmente

Tus eventos y personajes históricos favoritos.
Preferencias de la app (idioma, tema, pantalla de inicio, tamaño de fuente).
Historial de lectura y progreso.
Caché de base de datos para acceso sin conexión.
Estado de compra (gestionado por Apple).

No recopilamos

Tu nombre, correo electrónico o identificadores personales.

Identificadores de dispositivo para seguimiento.

Almacenamiento de datos

Todos los datos se almacenan de forma segura en tu dispositivo usando Core Data. No operamos servidores backend. No compartimos tu información con terceros. No usamos servicios de analíticas, publicidad ni seguimiento.

Sincronización con iCloud

History Stories admite la sincronización con iCloud a través del servicio CloudKit de Apple. Si iCloud está habilitado en su dispositivo, sus favoritos y datos de lectura pueden sincronizarse entre sus dispositivos Apple. Estos datos se almacenan en su cuenta personal de iCloud, están cifrados y son administrados íntegramente por Apple. No tenemos acceso a sus datos de iCloud. Puede desactivar la sincronización con iCloud en la Configuración de su dispositivo.

Compartir Cercano

La Aplicación incluye una función de compartir cercano que utiliza el marco MultipeerConnectivity de Apple para compartir contenido histórico con dispositivos cercanos. Esta función:

Solo se activa cuando usted elige explícitamente compartir o recibir.
Utiliza comunicación punto a punto (Wi-Fi/Bluetooth) sin enviar datos a ningún servidor.
Comparte solo el contenido del evento histórico o la figura seleccionada.
No transmite datos personales ni identificadores de dispositivo.

Compras dentro de la app

History Stories utiliza el framework StoreKit de Apple para procesar compras dentro de la app. La información de pago es gestionada completamente por Apple y está sujeta a la Política de Privacidad de Apple. No recibimos ni almacenamos tus datos de pago.

Seguridad de datos

Almacenamiento solo local sin transmisión externa.
Sandbox de Apple para aislamiento de procesos.
Sin conexiones de red para datos de usuario.
Sin recopilación innecesaria de datos.

Retención de datos

Los datos locales se almacenan en tu dispositivo hasta que los elimines o desinstales History Stories. No retenemos datos en nuestros servidores. Desinstalar la app elimina todos los datos locales.

Tus derechos

Acceso: Consulta tus favoritos y configuración dentro de la app.
Eliminación: Elimina todos los datos desinstalando la app.

App Privacy Summary (for App Store)

Your favorite historical events and people.
App preferences (language, theme, splash screen, font size).
Reading history and progress.
Database cache for offline access.
Purchase status (managed by Apple).

We Do NOT Collect

Your name, email, or personal identifiers.
Location data.
Device identifiers for tracking.
Usage analytics or telemetry.

How We Use Your Data

Remember your favorite events and people.
Apply your preferred language and theme settings.
Provide offline access to historical content.

Data Storage

All user data is stored securely on your device using Core Data. We do NOT operate backend servers. We do not share your information with third parties. We do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

iCloud Sync

History Stories supports iCloud sync through Apple's CloudKit service. If iCloud is enabled on your device, your favorites and reading data may be synced across your Apple devices. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account, encrypted, and managed entirely by Apple. We do not have access to your iCloud data. You can disable iCloud sync in your device's Settings.

Nearby Share

The App includes a Nearby Share feature that uses Apple's MultipeerConnectivity framework to share historical content with nearby devices. This feature:

Only activates when you explicitly choose to share or receive.
Uses peer-to-peer communication (Wi-Fi/Bluetooth) with no data sent to any server.
Shares only the selected historical event or person content.
Does not transmit any personal data or device identifiers.

In-App Purchases

History Stories uses Apple's StoreKit framework to process in-app purchases. Payment information is handled entirely by Apple and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not receive or store your payment details.

Data Security

Local-only data storage with no external transmission.
Apple App Sandbox for process isolation.
No network connections for user data.
No unnecessary data collection.

Data Retention

Local data is stored on your device until you delete it or uninstall History Stories. We do not retain any data on our servers — all data resides solely on your device. Uninstalling the App removes all local data.

Your Rights

Right to Access: View your favorites and settings within the App.
Right to Deletion: Delete all data by uninstalling the App.
Right to Withdraw Consent: Stop using the App at any time; uninstalling removes all data.
