Política de Privacidad

APPLOAD LLC ("nosotros") creó CodeTrack, un gestor de proyectos, errores y tareas para desarrolladores en iPhone, iPad y Mac. Esta política explica qué datos utiliza la app, dónde se guardan y qué derechos tienes. En resumen: no hay cuenta, no hay análisis, y tus datos permanecen en tus dispositivos y en tu propia base de datos privada de iCloud, a la que nosotros no tenemos acceso.

Resumen para App Store

Recopilación por el desarrollador	No — "Datos no recopilados". No tenemos servidores que reciban tus datos.
Datos para seguimiento / anuncios	Ninguno. No te rastreamos entre apps o sitios y no mostramos anuncios.
Datos vinculados a ti	Ninguno. Tus datos se sincronizan solo a través de tu iCloud privado.
Compartir/venta a terceros	No vendemos ni compartimos información personal.

Nota: iCloud y el App Store se rigen por las políticas de privacidad de Apple. Los servicios opcionales que conectes tú mismo (ver abajo) se rigen por las suyas.

Datos que procesa CodeTrack

Proyectos: nombre, versión, número de compilación, tipo, ubicación de la carpeta del proyecto, icono y ajustes de integración.
Errores y tareas: título, descripción, texto enriquecido, prioridad, gravedad, estado, fechas y la salida de terminal que guarde la automatización.
Archivos adjuntos e imágenes que añades, el historial de cambios, estadísticas semanales y registros de automatización.
Preferencias de la app (tema, vista, tamaños de letra, bloqueo de la app).
Credenciales que introduces para funciones opcionales: claves de API de IA, token de Cloudflare y la clave de tu propio servidor de despliegue.

Dónde se guardan tus datos

En tus dispositivos: todo se guarda en tu dispositivo, dentro del sandbox de Apple.
En tu iCloud privado: si iCloud está activado, tus proyectos, errores, tareas y adjuntos se sincronizan entre tus dispositivos mediante la base de datos privada de CloudKit de tu cuenta de Apple. Apple la cifra en tránsito y en reposo. Nosotros no podemos verla ni acceder a ella; nada se guarda en bases de datos públicas o compartidas.
Credenciales solo en el Llavero: las claves de API y los tokens se guardan en el Llavero de cada dispositivo ("solo este dispositivo"); no se sincronizan y nunca se nos envían.
Sin servidor propio: CodeTrack no tiene servidor backend ni sistema de cuentas.

Funciones opcionales y servicios de terceros

Solo cuando decides usarlas, algunas funciones se comunican con servicios que tú eliges e inicias sesión tú mismo. Cada uno se rige por sus propias condiciones y política de privacidad:

Agentes de IA (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Ollama o un servidor propio): "Probar conexión" envía tu clave de API y la palabra "Hi" al proveedor. CodeTrack no envía el contenido de tus proyectos ni tareas a estos servicios.
Claude Code en el Mac: cuando inicias una automatización, CodeTrack prepara una instrucción (título, descripción, prioridad y gravedad de la tarea, nombre y ruta del proyecto y rutas de las imágenes adjuntas), la copia al portapapeles y la pasa a Claude Code en Terminal. Claude Code la envía a Anthropic con tu propia cuenta y bajo sus condiciones.
Cloudflare: la sección de despliegue usa tu token de Cloudflare para comprobar la sesión y listar tus proyectos de Pages, y sube los archivos del sitio web que elijas.
Tu propio servidor de despliegue: si lo configuras, CodeTrack envía a la dirección que indicas la ruta de la carpeta, el nombre del proyecto y tu clave. Usa HTTP en tu red local; configúralo solo en redes de confianza.
Xcode y App Store Connect (Mac): "Archivar y subir" ejecuta Xcode en tu Mac, que sube tu app con la cuenta de Apple de Xcode.
Del iPhone al Mac: las órdenes que envías desde el iPhone a tu Mac viajan por tu iCloud privado e incluyen un identificador del dispositivo.

Permisos del dispositivo

Fotos: para elegir imágenes que adjuntar a errores, tareas o como icono de proyecto. Solo se lee lo que eliges.
Face ID / Touch ID: bloqueo opcional de la app. Los datos biométricos nunca salen del hardware seguro de Apple ni llegan a nosotros.
Notificaciones: para avisarte cuando termina una subida o un despliegue.
Automatización (Mac): CodeTrack controla Terminal, Finder y System Events solo para acciones que tú inicias.
Archivos y carpetas: solo los que seleccionas.

Sin seguimiento ni análisis

CodeTrack no contiene SDK de terceros, análisis, informes de fallos, publicidad ni herramientas de seguimiento, y no usa el identificador de publicidad. Los registros de diagnóstico se quedan en tu dispositivo.

Tus controles de privacidad

Eliminar: puedes eliminar cualquier proyecto, error o tarea; la eliminación se sincroniza con tus otros dispositivos.
Restablecer todos los datos: en Ajustes, elimina proyectos, errores, tareas, adjuntos, historial, estadísticas y registros de automatización en todos tus dispositivos, y los archivos de proyecto locales. No elimina las credenciales guardadas en el Llavero, la configuración de los agentes de IA, los ajustes de despliegue ni el historial de órdenes de automatización. Puedes eliminar los agentes de IA (con sus claves) en los ajustes de agentes de IA y borrar el historial en la pantalla de Automatización.
Datos de iCloud: puedes borrar todos los datos de CodeTrack en iCloud desde Ajustes › [tu nombre] › iCloud › Gestionar almacenamiento › CodeTrack.
Eliminación de la app: desinstalar la app elimina sus datos locales en ese dispositivo. Las credenciales guardadas en el Llavero pueden permanecer tras desinstalarla; elimínalas antes en la app si quieres que desaparezcan.

Conservación de datos

No conservamos ningún dato porque no recibimos ninguno. Tus datos permanecen en tus dispositivos y en tu iCloud hasta que los elimines.

Privacidad de menores

CodeTrack es una herramienta profesional para desarrolladores y no está dirigida a menores de 13 años. No recopilamos información personal de ningún usuario, incluidos los niños.

Seguridad

Sandbox de aplicaciones de Apple en iPhone, iPad y Mac.
Credenciales en el Llavero, limitadas a este dispositivo.
Bloqueo opcional con Face ID / Touch ID y pantalla de privacidad en el selector de apps.

No recopilamos datos personales. Como tus datos están en tus dispositivos y en tu iCloud, puedes verlos, exportarlos y eliminarlos directamente.

No "vendemos" ni "compartimos" información personal porque no recopilamos ninguna.

Cambios

Podemos actualizar esta política. Indicaremos la nueva fecha y, si el cambio es sustancial, la app te pedirá aceptarla de nuevo.

נתונים שמעובדים ב‑CodeTrack

פרויקטים: שם, גרסה, מספר בנייה (Build), סוג, מיקום תיקיית הפרויקט, אייקון והגדרות אינטגרציה.
באגים ומשימות: כותרת, תיאור, טקסט מעוצב, עדיפות, חומרה, סטטוס, תאריכים ופלט טרמינל שנשמר על ידי האוטומציה.
קבצים מצורפים ותמונות שאתה מוסיף, היסטוריית שינויים, סטטיסטיקות שבועיות ויומני אוטומציה.
העדפות האפליקציה (ערכת נושא, תצוגה, גודל גופן, נעילת האפליקציה).
פרטי גישה שאתה מזין לתכונות אופציונליות: מפתחות API של שירותי AI, טוקן Cloudflare ומפתח לשרת הפריסה שלך.

היכן הנתונים נשמרים

במכשירים שלך: הכול נשמר במכשיר, בתוך ה‑Sandbox של Apple.
ב‑iCloud הפרטי שלך: כאשר iCloud פעיל, הפרויקטים, הבאגים, המשימות והקבצים המצורפים מסונכרנים בין המכשירים שלך דרך מסד הנתונים הפרטי של CloudKit בחשבון Apple שלך. Apple מצפינה אותם בהעברה ובאחסון. איננו יכולים לראות אותם או לגשת אליהם, ושום דבר אינו נשמר במסד נתונים ציבורי או משותף.

Privacy Policy

APPLOAD LLC ("we", "us", or "our") built CodeTrack, a project, bug and task tracker for developers on iPhone, iPad and Mac. This policy explains what data the app uses, where it is stored, and the rights you have. In short: there is no account and no analytics, and your data stays on your devices and in your own private iCloud database, which we cannot access.

App Privacy Summary (for App Store)

Data Collection by Developer	No — "Data Not Collected". We have no servers that receive your data.
Data Used for Tracking / Ads	None. We do not track you across apps or websites and we do not show ads.
Data Linked to You	None. Your data syncs only through your private iCloud.
Third-Party Sharing/Sale	No selling or sharing of personal data.

Note: iCloud and the App Store are governed by Apple's privacy policies. Optional services you connect yourself (see below) are governed by theirs.

Data CodeTrack Processes

Projects: name, version, build number, type, project folder location, icon and integration settings.
Bugs and tasks: title, description, rich text, priority, severity, status, dates, and terminal output saved by automation.
Attachments and images you add, change history, weekly statistics and automation logs.
App preferences (theme, view, font sizes, app lock).
Credentials you enter for optional features: AI provider API keys, a Cloudflare token, and the key for your own deployment server.

Where Your Data Is Stored

On your devices: everything is stored on your device, inside Apple's app sandbox.
In your private iCloud: when iCloud is on, your projects, bugs, tasks and attachments sync between your devices through the private CloudKit database of your Apple Account. Apple encrypts it in transit and at rest. We cannot see or access it, and nothing is stored in a public or shared database.
Credentials in the Keychain only: API keys and tokens are stored in each device's Keychain ("this device only"); they do not sync and are never sent to us.
No server of ours: CodeTrack has no backend server and no account system.

Optional Features and Third-Party Services

Only when you choose to use them, some features talk to services you pick and sign in to yourself. Each is governed by its own terms and privacy policy:

AI agents (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Ollama or a custom server): "Test Connection" sends your API key and the word "Hi" to the provider. CodeTrack does not send your project or task content to these services.
Claude Code on the Mac: when you start an automation, CodeTrack builds a prompt (the task's title, description, priority and severity, the project name and path, and the paths of attached images), places it on the clipboard and hands it to Claude Code in Terminal. Claude Code sends it to Anthropic under your own account and Anthropic's terms.
Cloudflare: the deployment screen uses your Cloudflare token to check your sign-in and list your Pages projects, and uploads the website files you choose.
Your own deployment server: if you set one up, CodeTrack sends the folder path, project name and your key to the address you entered. It uses HTTP on your local network; only configure it on networks you trust.
Xcode and App Store Connect (Mac): "Archive & Upload" runs Xcode on your Mac, which uploads your app with the Apple Account signed in to Xcode.
iPhone to Mac: commands you send from your iPhone to your Mac travel through your private iCloud and include a device identifier.

Device Permissions

Photos: to pick images to attach to bugs and tasks or to use as a project icon. Only what you pick is read.
Face ID / Touch ID: optional app lock. Biometric data never leaves Apple's secure hardware and never reaches us.
Notifications: to tell you when an upload or deployment finishes.
Automation (Mac): CodeTrack controls Terminal, Finder and System Events only for actions you start.
Files and folders: only the ones you select.

No Tracking, No Analytics

CodeTrack contains no third-party SDKs, analytics, crash reporting, advertising or tracking tools, and does not use the advertising identifier. Diagnostic logs stay on your device.

Your Privacy Controls

Delete: you can delete any project, bug or task; the deletion syncs to your other devices.
Reset All Data: in Settings, deletes projects, bugs, tasks, attachments, history, statistics and automation logs on all your devices, plus local project files. It does not remove credentials saved in the Keychain, AI agent settings, deployment settings or the automation command history. You can delete AI agents (with their keys) in AI Agent settings and clear the automation history on the Automation screen.
iCloud data: you can delete all of CodeTrack's iCloud data in Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Storage › CodeTrack.
App deletion: uninstalling the app removes its local data on that device. Credentials saved in the Keychain can remain on the device after uninstalling, so delete them in the app first if you want them gone.

Data Retention

We retain no data because we receive none. Your data stays on your devices and in your iCloud until you delete it.

Children's Privacy

CodeTrack is a professional tool for developers and is not directed at children under 13. We do not collect personal information from any users, including children.

Security

Apple app sandboxing on iPhone, iPad and Mac.
Credentials in the Keychain, limited to this device.
Optional Face ID / Touch ID lock and a privacy screen in the app switcher.
Compliance: GDPR, Israeli Privacy Protection Regulations and COPPA.

Regional Rights

GDPR (EU/UK)

We do not collect personal data. Because your data lives on your devices and in your iCloud, you can view, export and delete it directly.

CCPA/CPRA (California) and other US laws

We do not "sell" or "share" personal information because we do not collect any.

Changes

We may update this policy. We'll show the new date and, if the change is substantial, the app will ask you to accept it again.
