Al descargar, instalar o usar CastX ("la App"), aceptas estos Términos de Uso ("Términos"). Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la App.

1. Aceptación de los Términos

Al usar CastX, confirmas que:

Tienes al menos 13 años de edad (o la edad mínima en tu jurisdicción).
Tienes capacidad legal para aceptar estos Términos.
Aceptas cumplir con estos Términos y todas las leyes aplicables.

2. Descripción del Servicio

CastX es una aplicación de reproductor multimedia que te permite:

Importar y gestionar listas de reproducción IPTV (M3U/M3U8).
Transmitir contenido de tus listas configuradas.
Ver guías electrónicas de programas (EPG).
Sincronizar configuraciones entre dispositivos Apple a través de iCloud.

3. Contenido del Usuario y Responsabilidad

Importante: CastX es un reproductor multimedia. No proporcionamos, alojamos ni controlamos ningún contenido de streaming.

Eres el único responsable de las listas de reproducción y URLs que configures.
Debes asegurarte de tener los derechos legales para acceder al contenido que transmites.
No somos responsables del contenido accedido a través de listas de terceros.
No respaldamos ni verificamos ningún proveedor de IPTV de terceros.

4. Uso Aceptable

Aceptas NO usar CastX para:

Acceder a contenido protegido por derechos de autor sin autorización.
Violar cualquier ley o regulación local, estatal o internacional.
Distribuir o compartir contenido ilegal.
Eludir medidas de protección de contenido.
Realizar ingeniería inversa o modificar la aplicación.

5. Propiedad Intelectual

CastX y todo su contenido, características y funcionalidad son propiedad de APPLOAD LLC y están protegidos por derechos de autor, marcas registradas y otras leyes de propiedad intelectual.

6. Compras y Suscripciones

Cualquier compra dentro de la app o suscripción está sujeta a los términos de la App Store de Apple. Los reembolsos se gestionan a través de Apple según sus políticas.

7. Exención de Garantías

CastX se proporciona "TAL CUAL" sin garantías de ningún tipo. No garantizamos:

Disponibilidad ininterrumpida del servicio.
Compatibilidad con todos los formatos o fuentes de streaming.
Que las listas de terceros funcionen correctamente.

8. Limitación de Responsabilidad

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, APPLOAD LLC no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales o consecuentes derivados del uso de CastX.

9. Indemnización

Aceptas indemnizar y mantener indemne a APPLOAD LLC de cualquier reclamación derivada de tu uso de la App o violación de estos Términos.

10. Terminación

Podemos suspender o terminar tu acceso a CastX si violas estos Términos. Puedes dejar de usar la App en cualquier momento eliminándola de tus dispositivos.

11. Cambios en los Términos

Podemos modificar estos Términos en cualquier momento. Los cambios entran en vigor al publicarse. El uso continuado de la App constituye aceptación de los Términos modificados.

12. Ley Aplicable

Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Delaware, EE.UU., sin tener en cuenta sus disposiciones sobre conflicto de leyes.

עליך לוודא שיש לך זכויות חוקיות לגשת לתוכן שאתה מזרים.

4. שימוש מקובל

אתה מסכים לא להשתמש ב-CastX כדי:

לגשת לתוכן מוגן בזכויות יוצרים ללא הרשאה.
להפר חוקים או תקנות מקומיות, מדינתיות או בינלאומיות.
להפיץ או לשתף תוכן בלתי חוקי.
לעקוף אמצעי הגנה על תוכן.
לבצע הנדסה לאחור או לשנות את האפליקציה.

5. קניין רוחני

CastX וכל התוכן, התכונות והפונקציונליות שלה הם בבעלות APPLOAD LLC ומוגנים על ידי זכויות יוצרים, סימני מסחר וחוקי קניין רוחני אחרים.

6. רכישות ומנויים

כל רכישה בתוך האפליקציה או מנוי כפופים לתנאי ה-App Store של Apple. החזרים מטופלים דרך Apple בהתאם למדיניות שלהם.

7. הגבלת אחריות

CastX מסופקת "כמות שהיא" ללא אחריות מכל סוג. איננו מתחייבים ל:

זמינות רציפה של השירות.
תאימות עם כל פורמטי הסטרימינג או המקורות.
שפלייליסטים של צד שלישי יעבדו כראוי.

8. הגבלת אחריות

במידה המרבית המותרת בחוק, APPLOAD LLC לא תהיה אחראית לנזקים עקיפים, מקריים, מיוחדים או תוצאתיים הנובעים משימוש ב-CastX.

9. שיפוי

אתה מסכים לשפות ולהגן על APPLOAD LLC מפני כל תביעה הנובעת משימושך באפליקציה או הפרת תנאים אלה.

10. סיום

אנו עשויים להשעות או לסיים את הגישה שלך ל-CastX אם תפר תנאים אלה. תוכל להפסיק להשתמש באפליקציה בכל עת על ידי מחיקתה מהמכשירים שלך.

By downloading, installing, or using CastX ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using CastX, you confirm that:

You are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).
You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Description of Service

CastX is a media player application that allows you to:

Import and manage IPTV playlists (M3U/M3U8).
Stream content from your configured playlists.
View Electronic Program Guides (EPG).
Sync settings across Apple devices via iCloud.

3. User Content and Responsibility

Important: CastX is a media player. We do not provide, host, or control any streaming content.

You are solely responsible for the playlists and URLs you configure.
You must ensure you have legal rights to access the content you stream.
We are not responsible for content accessed through third-party playlists.
We do not endorse or verify any third-party IPTV providers.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use CastX to:

Access copyrighted content without authorization.
Violate any local, state, or international laws or regulations.
Distribute or share illegal content.
Circumvent content protection measures.
Reverse engineer or modify the application.

5. Intellectual Property

CastX and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by APPLOAD LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Purchases and Subscriptions

Any in-app purchases or subscriptions are subject to Apple's App Store terms. Refunds are handled through Apple according to their policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

CastX is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted service availability.
Compatibility with all streaming formats or sources.
That third-party playlists will work correctly.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APPLOAD LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of CastX.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless APPLOAD LLC from any claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to CastX if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your devices.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
