APPLOAD LLC ("nosotros") creó CastX para ayudarte a transmitir y gestionar tu contenido multimedia IPTV en todos tus dispositivos Apple. Esta política explica qué datos utiliza la app, cómo se almacenan y tus derechos.

Resumen para App Store

Recopilación por el desarrollador	Mínima. Solo almacenamos datos de respaldo en iCloud si activas la sincronización.
Datos para seguimiento / anuncios	Ninguno. No te rastreamos entre apps o sitios y no mostramos anuncios.
Datos vinculados a ti	Mínimo. Tus listas de reproducción y configuraciones se almacenan localmente y opcionalmente en iCloud.
Compartir/venta a terceros	No vendemos ni compartimos información personal.

Nota: los servicios de Apple (iCloud) se rigen por las políticas de Apple. Los proveedores de IPTV que configures están sujetos a sus propias políticas.

Datos que procesa CastX

URLs de listas de reproducción M3U/M3U8 que configuras.
Canales y grupos importados de tus listas.
Datos EPG (Guía Electrónica de Programas) de tus fuentes configuradas.
Preferencias de la aplicación (tema, configuración de reproducción).
Datos de respaldo en iCloud (opcional).
Credenciales de autenticación de listas (si se proporcionan).

Cómo se procesan y almacenan tus datos

Almacenamiento local: Canales, grupos y configuraciones se almacenan localmente usando Core Data y UserDefaults.
iCloud (opcional): Si activas el respaldo en iCloud, tus datos se sincronizan de forma segura a través de CloudKit de Apple.
Conexiones de red: La app se conecta a las URLs de listas y flujos que configuras. Estas son conexiones directas entre tu dispositivo y los servidores de contenido.
Caché local: Los logotipos de canales y datos EPG se almacenan en caché para rendimiento.
Sin análisis: No utilizamos servicios de análisis de terceros ni recopilamos estadísticas de uso.

Servicios de terceros

CastX utiliza solo servicios de Apple:

iCloud/CloudKit: Para respaldo y sincronización opcional entre dispositivos (regido por la política de privacidad de Apple).

No utilizamos servicios de análisis, redes publicitarias ni herramientas de seguimiento.

Nota: Los proveedores de IPTV que configures pueden tener sus propios términos y políticas de privacidad.

Tus controles de privacidad

Eliminar listas: Puedes eliminar cualquier lista y sus canales en cualquier momento.
Limpiar caché: Borra logotipos en caché y datos EPG desde Configuración.
Desactivar iCloud: Desactiva la sincronización en iCloud en cualquier momento.
Restablecer datos: Usa la opción de restablecer para eliminar todos los datos de la app.
Eliminación de la app: Desinstalar elimina todos los datos locales.

Conservación de datos

Los datos locales persisten hasta que los elimines o desinstales la app. Los respaldos en iCloud persisten hasta que los elimines de iCloud. No retenemos datos en nuestros propios servidores.

Privacidad de menores

CastX incluye controles parentales opcionales para contenido adulto. No recopilamos información personal de ningún usuario. El contenido accedido depende de las listas IPTV que configures.

Cumplimiento de seguridad

CastX implementa medidas de seguridad que cumplen con:

נתונים שמעובדים ב‑CastX

כתובות URL של פלייליסטים M3U/M3U8 שאתה מגדיר.
ערוצים וקבוצות שיובאו מהפלייליסטים שלך.
נתוני EPG (מדריך תוכניות אלקטרוני) מהמקורות שהגדרת.

כיצד הנתונים מעובדים ונשמרים

אחסון מקומי: ערוצים, קבוצות והגדרות נשמרים מקומית באמצעות Core Data ו-UserDefaults.
iCloud (אופציונלי): אם תפעיל גיבוי ל-iCloud, הנתונים שלך מסונכרנים בצורה מאובטחת דרך CloudKit של Apple.

שירותי צד שלישי

CastX משתמשת רק בשירותי Apple:

בקרות פרטיות

איפוס נתונים: השתמש באפשרות האיפוס למחיקת כל נתוני האפליקציה.

שמירת נתונים

נתונים מקומיים נשמרים עד שתמחק אותם או תסיר את האפליקציה. גיבויי iCloud נשמרים עד שתמחק אותם מ-iCloud. איננו שומרים נתונים בשרתים שלנו.

פרטיות ילדים

CastX כוללת בקרות הורים אופציונליות לתוכן למבוגרים. איננו אוספים מידע אישי מאף משתמש. התוכן הנגיש תלוי בפלייליסטים של IPTV שתגדיר.

Privacy Policy

APPLOAD LLC ("we", "us", or "our") built CastX to help you stream and manage your IPTV media content across all your Apple devices. This policy explains what data the app uses, how it is stored, and the rights you have.

App Privacy Summary (for App Store)

Data Collection by Developer	Minimal. We only store backup data in iCloud if you enable sync.
Data Used for Tracking / Ads	None. We do not track you across apps or websites and we do not show ads.
Data Linked to You	Minimal. Your playlists and settings are stored locally and optionally in iCloud.
Third-Party Sharing/Sale	No selling or sharing of personal data.

Note: Apple services (iCloud) are governed by Apple's privacy policies. IPTV providers you configure are subject to their own policies.

Data CastX Processes

M3U/M3U8 playlist URLs you configure.
Channels and groups imported from your playlists.
EPG (Electronic Program Guide) data from your configured sources.
App preferences (theme, playback settings).
iCloud backup data (optional).
Playlist authentication credentials (if provided).

How Your Data is Processed and Stored

Local storage: Channels, groups, and settings are stored locally using Core Data and UserDefaults.
iCloud (optional): If you enable iCloud backup, your data is securely synced via Apple's CloudKit.
Network connections: The app connects to the playlist and stream URLs you configure. These are direct connections between your device and the content servers.
Local cache: Channel logos and EPG data are cached locally for performance.
No analytics: We do not use any third-party analytics services or collect usage statistics.

Third-Party Services

CastX uses only Apple services:

iCloud/CloudKit: For optional backup and sync across devices (governed by Apple's privacy policy).

We do not use analytics services, advertising networks, or tracking tools.

Note: IPTV providers you configure may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Your Privacy Controls

Delete playlists: You can remove any playlist and its channels at any time.
Clear cache: Delete cached logos and EPG data from Settings.
Disable iCloud: Turn off iCloud sync at any time.
Reset data: Use the reset option to delete all app data.
App deletion: Uninstalling removes all local data.

Data Retention

Local data persists until you delete it or uninstall the app. iCloud backups persist until you delete them from iCloud. We do not retain data on our own servers.

Children's Privacy

CastX includes optional parental controls for adult content. We do not collect personal information from any users. The content accessed depends on the IPTV playlists you configure.
