BeVax (“we”, “our”, or “the App”) helps you track vaccinations for your family. We designed BeVax so your data stays on your devices and (optionally) in your iCloud. We do not operate any external servers for your personal data.
1) Information We Collect
- Profiles: names, birthdates, gender, and optional photos.
- Health records: vaccine types, doses, dates, batch/lot, notes, and side effects you record.
- Documents: vaccination cards, PDFs, scans, and images you attach.
- Reminders: local notification schedules and your timing preferences.
2) Where Your Data Lives
- On device (default): stored locally and protected by your device security (passcode/Face ID/Touch ID).
- iCloud (optional): if you enable sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud, protected by Apple’s encryption.
- No our servers: we do not host or access your personal data on our servers.
3) How We Use Data
- Maintain your vaccination schedules and history in the App.
- Send local reminders on your device (no external push).
- Generate reports you choose to export or share.
- Sync across your Apple devices via iCloud, if enabled.
4) Sharing & Third Parties
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
- We do not use advertising SDKs or third‑party analytics that read your health data.
- We do not collect precise location or create marketing profiles.
5) Your Choices & Controls
- View & Export: see everything in‑app; export JSON for backup.
- Delete: remove individual items, or delete all data from the More → Data Management section. Uninstalling the App removes local data. iCloud data must be deleted from your iCloud Drive.
- Sync Off: you can disable iCloud Sync at any time.
6) Children’s Privacy
BeVax is used by parents/guardians to manage dependents’ vaccination records. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. If you believe a minor has provided data directly to us, contact us and we will delete it.
7) Security
- Device-level protections (passcode/biometrics) and Apple’s data-at-rest encryption.
- Optional iCloud sync secured by your Apple ID and Apple’s infrastructure.
- No transmission to our servers.
8) Data Retention
Your data remains on your device and in iCloud (if used) until you delete it. Removing the App deletes local data; iCloud copies must be deleted separately from your iCloud storage.
9) Changes
We may update this policy in the App. We will update the “Effective” date above.

BeVax (“nosotros” o “la App”) te ayuda a gestionar las vacunas de tu familia. BeVax está diseñado para que tus datos permanezcan en tus dispositivos y (opcionalmente) en tu iCloud. No operamos servidores propios para tus datos personales.
1) Información que recopilamos
- Perfiles: nombres, fechas de nacimiento, género y fotos opcionales.
- Registros de salud: tipos de vacunas, dosis, fechas, lote, notas y efectos secundarios que registres.
- Documentos: tarjetas de vacunación, PDF, escaneos e imágenes que adjuntes.
- Recordatorios: horarios de notificaciones locales y tus preferencias de aviso.
2) Dónde se guardan tus datos
- En el dispositivo (predeterminado): almacenamiento local protegido por el bloqueo/biometría del dispositivo.
- iCloud (opcional): si activas la sincronización, tus datos se guardan en tu iCloud personal con el cifrado de Apple.
- No en nuestros servidores: no alojamos ni accedemos a tus datos personales en nuestros servidores.
3) Cómo usamos los datos
- Mantener tus calendarios e historial de vacunación en la App.
- Enviar recordatorios locales en tu dispositivo (sin “push” externo).
- Generar informes que tú decidas exportar o compartir.
- Sincronizar entre tus dispositivos Apple mediante iCloud, si está activado.
4) Compartición y terceros
- No vendemos, alquilamos ni compartimos tus datos con terceros.
- No usamos SDK de anuncios ni analíticas de terceros que lean tus datos de salud.
- No recopilamos ubicación precisa ni creamos perfiles de marketing.
5) Tus opciones y controles
- Ver y exportar: consulta todo dentro de la App; exporta JSON como copia de seguridad.
- Eliminar: borra elementos individuales o todo desde Más → Gestión de datos. Al desinstalar la App se elimina la información local. Los datos en iCloud deben borrarse desde tu iCloud Drive.
- Desactivar sincronización: puedes desactivar iCloud cuando quieras.
6) Privacidad de menores
BeVax la usan padres/tutores para gestionar los registros de vacunación de sus dependientes. No recopilamos intencionalmente información directamente de menores de 13 años. Si crees que un menor nos proporcionó datos directamente, contáctanos y los eliminaremos.
7) Seguridad
- Protecciones a nivel de dispositivo (código/biometría) y cifrado en reposo de Apple.
- Sincronización iCloud opcional, asegurada por tu Apple ID y la infraestructura de Apple.
- Sin transmisión a nuestros servidores.
8) Conservación de datos
Tus datos permanecen en tu dispositivo y en iCloud (si se usa) hasta que los elimines. Al quitar la App se borra lo local; las copias en iCloud deben eliminarse por separado desde tu almacenamiento iCloud.
9) Cambios
Podemos actualizar esta política en la App. Actualizaremos la fecha de “Vigencia”.

BeVax (“היישום”) נועד לעזור לך לעקוב אחר חיסונים. עיצבנו את BeVax כך שהנתונים יישארו במכשירים שלך ובאופן אופציונלי ב‑iCloud שלך. איננו מפעילים שרתים משלנו לנתונים האישיים שלך.
1) מידע שנאסף

- iCloud (אופציונלי): אם הפעלת סנכרון, הנתונים נשמרים ב‑iCloud האישי שלך ומוצפנים ע״י Apple.
- לא בשרתים שלנו: איננו מאחסנים או ניגשים לנתונים האישיים שלך בשרתים שלנו.
3) כיצד אנו משתמשים בנתונים
- ניהול לוחות זמנים והיסטוריית חיסונים בתוך היישום.
- שליחת תזכורות מקומיות במכשיר (ללא Push חיצוני).
- יצירת דוחות לבחירתך לייצוא או שיתוף.
- סנכרון בין מכשירי Apple באמצעות iCloud — אם הופעל.
4) שיתוף וצדדים שלישיים
- איננו מוכרים, משכירים או משתפים את הנתונים שלך עם צדדים שלישיים.
- איננו משתמשים ב‑SDK פרסומי או באנליטיקה חיצונית שקוראים נתוני בריאות.
- איננו אוספים מיקום מדויק ואיננו יוצרים פרופילי שיווק.
5) בחירות ושליטה
- צפייה וייצוא: הצגת כל המידע באפליקציה; ייצוא JSON לגיבוי.
- מחיקה: מחיקת פריטים בודדים או הכל מתוך יותר → ניהול נתונים. הסרת היישום מוחקת נתונים מקומיים. נתונים ב‑iCloud יש למחוק בנפרד מ‑iCloud Drive שלך.
- כיבוי סנכרון: ניתן לכבות סנכרון iCloud בכל עת.
6) פרטיות ילדים
היישום מיועד לשימוש הורים/אפוטרופוסים לניהול רשומות חיסונים. איננו אוספים ביודעין מידע ישירות מילדים מתחת לגיל 13. אם נראה כי נמסרו לנו נתונים ישירות ע״י קטין, פנו אלינו ונמחוק אותם.
7) אבטחה
- הגנות ברמת המכשיר (קוד/ביומטרי) והצפנת נתונים של Apple.
- סנכרון iCloud אופציונלי המאובטח באמצעות חשבון Apple ID והתשתית של Apple.
- ללא העברת נתונים לשרתים שלנו.
8) שמירת נתונים
הנתונים נשמרים במכשירך וב‑iCloud (אם נעשה בו שימוש) עד למחיקה ביוזמתך. הסרת היישום מוחקת נתונים מקומיים; יש למחוק עותקים ב‑iCloud בנפרד מאחסון ה‑iCloud שלך.
9) שינויים
מעת לעת נעדכן מדיניות זו בתוך היישום ונעדכן את תאריך ה״תחולה״ למעלה.
